⚜️終於等到阿妹生完,可以個個月都陪熊妹出嚟食嘢啦!📌同阿妹呢啲高級人士食飯,梗係揀返間高級餐廳先襯得起佢啦!熊妹聽聞中環有間阿根廷扒房《La Parrilla Steakhouse》lunch食牛扒好抵食!去到中環地段,仲要食牛扒,成件事仲唔夠高級🤪?📌《La Parrilla Steakhouse》位於雲咸街77號嘉兆商業大廈一樓,即係蘭桂坊再上再上。📌上到去一樓,一入門口就見到好多紅酒🍾琳琅滿目,牛扒配美酒當然係最佳配搭啦🍷!📌下午1:30上到去好多枱中環上班族食完個lunch準備走人,啱哂熊妹同阿妹黎到就可以大聲講大聲!🙈📌餐廳用上柔和的燈光配合歐陸式的扒房風格,環境好大好大,有幾張沙發6-8人大枱,好多張四人木枱同埋靠窗邊的四人高身吧枱位,枱與枱之間好闊落,感覺坐得好舒服。📌午餐Menu包Aperitivo + Mains + Sides + Soft Drink ,mains有烤雞🐥、長通粉🍝、牛肉漢堡包🍔等等選擇,如果想食牛扒🥩就$298一個餐,有Rump Steak, Hanger Steak, Flat Iron等等,另外再加錢可以食Ribeye, Fillet, Wagyu等等,話明牛肉排房真係唔係浪得虛名。Focaccia 自家製的香草麵包,有灑上香草同埋少少芝士碎,麵包咬落去非常鬆軟,可以點上橄欖油同埋黑醋🫗,歐陸式的食法,變成好開胃嘅餐前餐包。Steak Tartare前菜有得揀牛肉他他,當然係不二之選啦!生牛肉撈入蔥粒配料,質感好杰身,再點埋側邊嘅煙熏味蛋黃醬,放上一片好脆口的sour dough 上面一齊食,前菜已經可以初嘗鹹牛肉的味道,簡直食慾大增!Empanada de Pollo 另一款前菜點了Empanada de Pollo ,一個餃子形狀的雞肉餡餅望落去非常給睛。外皮焗到好酥脆,餡餅入邊有烤雞粒、蕃茄粒組成,可以點埋跟上的蕃茄莎莎調味🍅,酸酸甜甜,食落再開胃啲。Grilled Spatchcock Chicken,$218一大隻烤雞面頭鋪滿阿根廷菜嘅醬料chimichurri,用上紅辣椒🫑、蒜蓉🧄、橄欖油同檸檬汁組成,味道帶酸,椒香味重,唔夠酸仲有半個檸檬🍋可以加酸,呢款醬料配烤雞味道好特別,會愈食愈惹味。成大隻雞脾連雞胸位,雞肉焗得超嫩滑,無一part係鞋口,啖啖肉連chimichurri醬料食,連咀刁的阿妹都讚不絕口。Rump Steak 300g,$298來到扒房當然要試吓牛扒啦!點了medium 熟度,用上鐵板形式呈上,令望上去似medium rare的粉嫩紅牛肉烤熱多一陣♨️,變成medium 的熟度,外皮燒到朝趣的,變成脆皮嘅牛扒面,內裏粉嫩紅色嘅牛肉,灑上粗鹽同埋胡椒粒🧂,牛肉嘅鮮味已經好出,啖啖牛肉放入口好似食肉獸咁,食落完全無根無渣,真係好高級嘅牛扒享受😋。跟上仲有六碟多國嘅調味醬料,可以加一重醬料嘅味道。不過熊妹都係鍾意粗鹽胡椒粒,先可以食出真牛肉的味道。Garlic and Parsley Skinny Fries 牛扒拌菜當然配薯條喇。非常窩心💕嘅做法,用上一個小鐵鍋盛載的幼身薯條,可以保持薯條熱度脆度🔥,放涼咗變淋身。食落真係好香口,味道鹹鹹地點茄汁🥫,就算幾飽都會清哂去。Roasted Brussels Sprouts食咗咁多油膩嘢當然叫返碟蔬菜啦,伴菜竟然可以點小椰菜花🥬,唔係好多地方有得食到!切半的小椰菜有好多粒,食落好爽口好新鮮,食西餐最後食返啲蔬菜真係可以大減罪惡感。Coke ZeroTonic Water📌無論環境、氣氛、食物質素、味道、職員服務,都係無懈可擊嘅一餐高級牛扒餐,當然食到阿妹非常滿意,咁熊妹都大為安慰!😌…Read More

約朋友去大館之前,打算在附近食個靚午餐,chill下享受生活。聽朋友介紹,就在大館對面有一間阿根廷餐廳「La Parrilla Steakhouse」,值得一嚐。一步入餐廳,就感受到西餐格局舒適的氛圍,並欣賞到充滿阿根廷特色的裝飾,有着不少阿根廷城市的畫像,順道可以學習一下地理知識。朋友上次就食晚餐,今次見到有lunch set 覺得特別抵食,因為一共有4 course,前菜、主菜和配菜和飲品。✹ 1. Milanesa (Breaded Tenderized Beef, Tomatoes, Melted Cheese & Basil Leaves)Milanesa是阿根廷的一道經典菜品,來得「La Parrilla」一定要品嚐一些阿根廷特別菜式。餐廳使用麵包糠炸製牛扒嫩肉,先使其外脆內嫩。另外再搭配番茄、熔化芝士和新鮮的羅勒葉鋪上炸牛扒之上,增添了豐富的口味層次。原來阿根庭式的炸牛扒是如此好食!✹ 2. Grilled Spatchcock Chicken (Chimichurri, Confit Garlic & Lemon)燒烤雞經過烤制,一方面表面烤至金黃色,一方面又能保持肉質的鮮美。之後配以阿根廷特色的Chimichurri醬、慢煮大蒜和經煎香的檸檬,增添了豐富的味道。啖啖肉,非常滿足。✹ 3. 蘭桂坊一帶向來雲集了多國美食,但隨著經濟下滑和各種的不同原因,頗多的名店都已改頭換面,但始終都有一些實力老店仍能繼續堅持,就好像早前 Keith Ku@古家私房菜 造訪的一間位於雲咸街商廈內的阿根廷扒房,能在中環這個競爭激烈的地區經營近十年以上,想必有其獨到之處,所以決定探店一下。🔹餐廳位處大館對面的商廈1樓,交通尚算方便。一進店已見到紅磚牆、深啡色長木枱和倘大的紅酒櫃,加上室內深色木系裝潢,仿歐式小屋的木樑天花和一列大玻璃窗的露台雅座,Vintage得來滲著古典殖民色彩,加上店員均一都是外籍人士,在內用餐就好像時光倒流去了外國一般,短暫遠離都市繁囂,靜靜品嚐美饌。🔹露台位置氣氛怡人舒適,玻璃透入大館紅磚更是經典懷舊,唯冷氣欠奉炎炎夏日不建議在外用餐,以免食得汗流頰背。🔹小店主打阿根廷菜,作為扒房設有自家熟成櫃更是有夠專業誠意,單是牛扒已有很多外面少見的部位,而且其他的菜式選擇也不少,當天午飯時做訪,Set Menu 大約$2xx已有頭盤、主菜、Side dish同飲品,牛、雞和魚都有選擇,在中區來說算十分合理,論份量質素更算性價比高。🥖Focaccia,點菜後店員即端來長型意大利香草包,包身微暖,外脆鬆軟中帶點韌性,麥味突出,蘸上橄欖油和意大利黑醋,微酸中滲著橄欖和香草香,醒胃富風味。🐂🍽Steak Tartare,粉紅半熟牛肉切成小粒,撈上香草、胡椒、鹽和芥末,入口滑溜富彈性帶著牛肉的原始野性風味,蘸點伴碟醬汁佐上香脆多士,味道微酸鮮濃開胃。🥟Empanada Feta Cheese and Spinach,賣相跟餡角有點相類似,香脆酥皮包著芝士菠菜蓉,切開後翠綠中帶拉絲,入口熱烘香濃,蘸上伴來以番茄粒洋蔥和辣椒粒香草橄欖油調成的類似Sasa醬汁,添上酸香刺激更顯滋味。。🥩Carne De Res Hanger Steak 250g,主角一端上來氣勢十足,長長的木板上放了燒得火熱的鐵板和8件粉嫩的封門柳,兩側更放了6款不同的自家醬汁。熟成過後的封門柳五成熟外焦內嫩,油脂不多鬆軟中富咬口,牛味更是特別香濃,簡單以岩鹽調味,微脆中啖出碳香原風味;點上伴來的醬汁亦各有特色,酸香清新刺激兼備,是感覺可媲美五星級扒房的體驗。🐟Catch of Day, Daily Fresh Fish,當天小店提供的是海鱸魚,件頭十足的鱸魚柳放在燉番茄雜菜粒之上再伴上青翠香草,賣相誘人。魚皮煎得金黃香脆,雪白魚肉可用吹彈若破來形容,嫩滑中富彈性魚油香,佐上配菜添上酸爽清新,層次就更是豐富。🍟Garlic and Parsley Skinny Fries,雖然是Side dish但份量也不少,現切薯條炸脆拌上蒜粉、黑胡椒和番荽碎,熱辣辣外脆內綿密,入口帶著淡淡蒜椒和番荽香,簡單中見香口惹味。🥦Roasted Cauliflower,另一款經典配菜,椰菜花切件,簡單撈上蒜粉、黑椒、西班牙紅椒粉和橄欖油調味焗香,入口爽彈清新食出焦香原鮮味。縱觀整餐質素上乘到位,每項細節都做得一絲不苟,店員招待更是專業有禮,加上懷舊富品位的環境,收費卻只是中檔定位,完全十分合理,性價比算高!坦白說二百多元以午餐來說不算十分便宜,但用餐當日目測所見仍算大半入座,能夠如此受客人青睞,相信當中定有其實力所在,試過之後果然也充分感受到那份熱誠和特色,是一間值得一試支持的老店。…Read More

👅First time visit in this authentic Argentinean Steak House, I had a lunch set in weekday which cost $218/+ only, including Aperitivo + Main + Sides + Soft drink. Food is amazing and the services is good as well, recommend for steak lover! Would be a great choice for cheese lover! Hot and melted provolone cheese, baked in golden color, creamy and chewy, smooth texture go well with toast on the side!
