今次要介紹嘅餐廳係位於九龍塘又一城嘅 J.S. Foodies，主打嘅班戟網上好評如潮。排咗大約三十分鐘隊終於被安排入座，環境不過不失但係好多時候都要同其他人搭檯。J.S. Foodies is located at Kowloon Tong Festive Walk, and its pancake rates high in various platform. It takes around half an hour of queueing time. The environment is relaxed, but most of the seats are arranged to sit with other customers.法式焦糖班戟 (Crème Brûlée Pancake) $129班戟嘅美感十足，三層嘅班戟再伴以草莓、藍莓、香蕉作點綴，表面再加上一層厚忌廉。以酸味為主嘅水果同帶甜嘅班戟好襯，焦糖令到班戟表面變脆而且會有少少獨有嘅苦味。但係令人失望嘅係只有最面個層班戟係有包裹住焦糖嘅效果，下面兩層嘅焦糖被熱溶後質感唔再脆。Three layers of pancak

法式焦糖班戟 (Crème Brûlée Pancake) $129
Three layers of pancakes are added with strawberry, blueberry and banana. It is apparently attractive with a thick layer of cream on top. The sourness of fruits complements well with the sweet pancake. Sugar is caramelized on the surface of the pancake that gives a crunchy texture. However, the bottom two layers of pancake were not successfully caramelized due to the heat.
芝士漢堡 (Cheese Burger) $109 + 牛油果 (Avocado) $10
Hamburger is thick and not over-cooked, that gives a tender texture. Avocado smoothens the texture but the quantity is too few. The tastes of meat are not strong enough, and the cheese will taste better if it is half melted.
