位於希慎裡的美食廣場，可自由選座位位置。位置較入，店鋪在角落裡～但都很多人排隊！主食餐牌款式精簡，3個類別(飯的便當、肉燥乾拌麵、紅燒湯麵)，亦有各款小食和台式飲品套餐配飲品方面～除了紅燒湯麵加配有減$5折扣，其他主食都會包含基本指定紅茶綠茶，如選其他都有減$8折扣今次點了一份堂食，一份外賣給家人吃！肉燥乾拌麵麵質幾彈牙，不錯食用前需完全拌勻肉燥醬～鹽酥雞賣相是吸引的，又幾大塊，肉質鮮嫩，不過稍厚的粉漿略為點失色，但味道不錯的。皮蛋豆腐$20原磚豆腐，要沾醬汁別具風味凍食配上木魚，一流黑糖布丁鮮奶原價$28，套餐扣減只需$20不算好甜，甜度適中。雞扒便當🍱超大塊雞扒，滿滿的滷水汁，非常入味！裡面有少許粉絲都好惹味的，份量都好多。另加配荔枝紅茶原價$18，套餐扣減只需$10紅茶味濃郁，茶香噗鼻，配上荔枝味的凍飲，很清新，特別適合夏天…查看更多

這次來到友人的工作地點附近，簡單地吃一個晚餐。友人向來喜歡台灣食物，所以這次帶她來到這間台式店。台灣鹽酥雞便當($59)，便當附白飯、配菜三款、半隻滷水蛋和一杯飲品。鹽酥雞的份量極多，鹹度適中，不會覺得太油膩，頗香脆。菜脯和粟米粒令人更開胃，大大增加爽脆感和一點清新。吃一口帶點彈牙的滷水蛋，再嚐另一種口感──滑溜的粉絲，各種層次的口感匯聚在一個便當中。皮蛋豆腐($20)是我倆的最愛。這款涼拌菜百吃不厭，豆腐旁灑上大量煙薰的柴魚片，冰涼的豆腐在口中散發出柴魚的煙薰香。炸雞翼肉燥乾拌麵($62)，同樣附一杯飲品。炸雞翼出乎意料地香脆，內裏能完全保留肉汁，而雞肉亦十分香滑，沒有想過便當店也能將炸雞翼做得如此出色。拌麵掛滿汁，所以不會覺得乾。芋頭鮮奶小芋圓(便當套餐-$8後，$29)，每次來都必點的芋頭系列飲品，比其它飲品店的好喝得多。相較下款的豆乳小芋圓甜，卻有香滑的鮮奶味。芋頭系列飲品該配鮮奶還是豆乳，實在令人難以取捨。杯的設計十分有趣，如一隻熊踏在一堆小芋圓上。芋頭豆乳小芋圓(套餐-$8後，$24)，豆乳味香滑濃郁，配上煙靭、色彩繽粉的小芋圓和芋泥。輕喝一口，先嚐到香濃的豆乳和甜而綿密的芋泥，再細嚼有淡淡香氣的芋圓，一口帶來多層次的口感。個人比較喜歡配豆乳，豆乳與芋泥更適合。…查看更多

收工到hysan foodcourt食個晚餐，但又想到第四波武漢肺炎爆發，堂食好大機會接觸到隱形患者，所以決定外賣回家吃。真是多得無能政府死都唔封關！【香酥豬扒肉燥乾拌麵】豬扒又幾大件，醃得亦幾夠味道，肉質不是鬆軟較結實；肉燥乾拌麵超級好吃，有半隻滷水蛋配上蔥油醬汁，最美味的是五花腩肉，油脂甘香味道濃郁！【香酥炸雞腿便當】這隻炸雞腿等了我20分鐘，雖然回到家已經沒有那麼脆，不過還是熱呼呼的，味道有點像豬扒，相信是同樣的醃料；便當配料十足非常健康有很多蔬菜和粟米，又有粉絲、半隻滷水蛋和酸菜。【皮蛋豆腐】這個小食很開胃，濃濃的醬汁配上凍豆腐加皮蛋，不論是送飯或是配麵食都絕佳。…查看更多

We were at Hysan Place and wanted to find somewhere for dinner before heading home. So we went to the food court and decided to visit our old friend 百芳池上便當 for a quick Taiwanese dinner. It was so busy during dinner time on Friday with a lot of people waiting.While we decided to try their Dry Noodles, we encored the very yummy rice bento we tried last time. In addition, we topped up for a Taiwanese snack. A drink was included in the set offering three types of tea which we didn’t so fancy so of course had to upgrade for the signature Taiwanese drinks! 炸雞翼肉燥乾拌麵 Braised Pork Mince Dry Noodles with Fried Chicken Wings at $62 There were three wings. There was an option to choose marinated instead of fried wings and we opted for the latter. The fried wings were freshly deep fried with super crispy and thin batter and super juicy and tender meat. Yummy though evil! The noodles were smooth. The pork mince was actually much bigger than normal minces and so we could clearly see the layer of fat. The pork mince was well seasoned. I wish there were more minces and more sauce to go with the noodles. There were two pieces of 小棠菜 and half a braised egg which was well seasoned. And don't forget that it was topped by some chopped spring onion.香酥炸雞腿便當 at $63 We encored this bento as it was so so good last time! The deep fried chicken leg had super thin and crispy skin and the meat was tender and super juicy. It was well seasoned too. The bento was accompanied by white rice, three daily selected side dishes and half a braised egg. There were plentiful quantity for the side dishes which were all seasoned well. The three side dishes were Chinese cabbages, corn with minced pork, and fun si in addition to a very small amount of pickles. So there was quite a healthy amount of veggies. There was also sufficient sauce to go with the rice yet not overly salty which made it such a good bento. Yummy.皮蛋豆腐 at $20The Taiwanese snack we ordered was 皮蛋豆腐. The tofu was served cold topped by a lot of 木魚碎,  with some oyster sauce and spring onion to add flavour. There was half a slice of 皮蛋. Ingredients were fresh. Quite a healthy snack.芋頭豆乳小芋圓 +$24 & 芋頭鮮奶小芋圓 +$29There was a discount of $8 each for other special drinks. We went for their Sweet Taro series! The drinks were really great value for money because they were just like desserts! There was a big paste of taro paste which enhanced the texture of the simple smooth fresh milk. There were loads of small taro balls in two colours of yellow and purple at the bottom and they were so good to chew. Both drinks were not sweet at all! Healthy and Yummy yummy. I personally liked fresh milk more because it smelt so good of fresh milk and it was so smooth!We were so full after finishing everything. 主打台式料理嘅餐廳🍴餐牌大部份嘢食都有圖片說明，每一個系列嘅選擇都唔少🤪台式滷雞扒便當嘅材料多樣，分別有唔少得嘅滷蛋、粟米、雜菜、仲有最好味嘅粉絲😚亦有啖啖的滷水汁味道🤪台式店食牛肉麵就最能夠分辨到餐廳嘅質素，呢度嘅牛肉炆得幾腍之餘冇筋，其他配料都好豐富，面底屬於扁麵，頗有咬口。小食有唔少選擇我就食咗皮蛋豆腐，係會食上癮嘅味道啊！佢個汁屬於甜豉油嗰類，最緊要係配上好多乾木魚絲，令人忍唔住一啖接一啖，再配埋半隻皮蛋啱啱好呢一杯係黑糖布丁鮮奶，本身諗住叫少甜，但係佢冇得改甜度，出嚟嘅黑糖甜度適中，再配埋布丁🍮兩個配搭好夾😋另一杯係金桔檸檬🍋，第一啖飲落去已經覺得佢好似平時食嘅金桔味糖，甜多過酸~ 但份量非常大杯，可以一路行一路飲😚…查看更多

It was not our first visit and it was time to grab a quick dinner here after a while. It was in the food court of Hysan Place and it was located at the very corner.When we arrived around 6:30p.m. on a weekday, it was quite full! It took a while to line up to order our food and then another short while to get our orders.Like last time, we decided to order one noodle and one rice bento to share. The bento was accompanied by white rice, three daily selected side dishes, half braised egg and a drink. A drink included three types of tea which we didn’t so fancy so of course had to top up for the signature Taiwanese drinks! We also ordered a side dish to share. 紅燒牛丸牛筋麵 at $64The noodle we ordered was 紅燒牛丸牛筋麵 which we encored after our last attempt. The three beef balls were exceptionally good as they were super juicy and of the perfect texture to chew! Obviously 誠意之作！When I bit them off into half, the juice jetted out from my mouth! There were loads of beef tendon which were cooked very well too. The noodles were super al dente - my favourite texture indeed! The soup was slightly spicy and was very appetising yet not overly oily. There was a big piece of carrot, radish and two pieces of 小棠菜 which were all fresh. They served the pickled veggies separately. Very good, just like last time!香酥炸雞腿便當 at $63The deep fried chicken leg was super hot and burnt my mouth! The skin was super thin and crispy and the meat was tender and super juicy. It was well seasoned too. There were plentiful quantity for the side dishes which were all seasoned well especially the fun si. The other two side dishes were Chinese cabbages and corn with minced pork in addition to the pickles. So quite a healthy amount of veggies. There was half a marinated egg too. Quite a big bento indeed. Although I was never a fan of rice, I found the plain rice pretty yummy with the sauces too. Great bento! 皮蛋豆腐 at $20The tofu was served cold topped by a lot of 木魚碎,  with some oyster sauce and spring onion to add flavour. There was half a slice of 皮蛋 which was pretty elastic. Ingredients were fresh. Quite a refreshing appetiser indeed.芝士奶蓋紅莓果茶 at $27 & 芝士奶蓋碳焙鐵觀音 at $25芝士奶蓋紅莓果茶 was very fruity but not overly sweet. 芝士奶蓋碳焙鐵觀音 was reasonably concentrated but not too much. It tasted good of tieguanyin indeed. The cheese made the drink much more smooth! Yummy!Overall, I think the quality of the food was even better than last time. Prices were quite economical. 牛腩好林，牛丸真係名副其實咁彈牙，肉同脂肪比例啱啱好。湯底好香牛味，微微酸辣好開胃。鹽酥雞大小適中，好脆口，初初仲以為鹽酥雞飯會好乾，但係有汁粉絲同埋醬汁配菜粟米令到成個飯層次好豐富，粟米同醬汁嘅甜味同鹽酥雞嘅鹹味配合得天衣無縫。皮蛋豆腐個汁好夠味，豆腐質地硬淨，唔會一夾就散開，木魚同皮蛋吊出咗豆腐嘅豆香味。黑糖同鮮奶係天作之合，珍珠林身，同奶味好夾，仙草好fresh，中和左珍珠嘅飽濟感。檸茶有淡淡玫瑰香味，飲落清新，食飽之後飲可以冇咁飽濟。…查看更多
