Been to this McD couple of times but this is one of the worse I had... Ordered Iced Coffee, Apple Pie and McChicken. The drinks and dessert is exactly what you expect from a McD but the McChicken is really

The chicken felt like its over cooked in microwave and you can hardly bite thru. It is so dry it felt like biting on a piece of cardboard. Probably can knock someone out with this piece of chicken.

I know it only cost $8 but really they should maintain their quality?

With all the SOP I would have expected McD to maintain their standard each and everytime we go to a McD store but obviously there's something missing in this store.

I took a HP printer ink free coffee promotion coupon to the shop and asked for a cappuccino, after placing the order with a HK staff, she passed the package to the store manager like Filipino and immediately her face turned disgusted and disgruntled and yelled "FREE AGAIN"? Then she turned her anger into the cashier and kept banging on the screen for over 10 times.

I really felt outraged and insulted by these kind of ruthless attitude presented by that Filipinos. I didn't bother confronting her as I do not want to have anymore contact with these kind of people.

Honestly, if they don't want to offer free promotions, then don't bother co-op with other co and then present your patrons with these kinds of unacceptable attitude.
