I had a very depressing "vegetarian pho" today......I was expecting at least some mixed veggie but it's just pho noodle with some over-boiled lettuce. The soup is so salty and it's not even vegetarian. It's the soup they use for normal pho. It should be called Pho Tai without Beef instead.
