So good! I'm always a great fan of Indian food(I'm totally hooked on curry since I can't remember when). Of all the curry and naan I've sampled across Hong Kong, this place is simply one of the best.Came here with my sis for lunch. We arrived early so we got to choose the best tableThe ambiance here is warm and friendly. Eaters can relax in a casual atmosphere.Nice appetizer. Curry samosa and veggie soup. A Fresh start. Samosa is my must-have in every Indian restaurant, so naturally we ordered a couple.And What a surprise. The samosa was large and flavorful. Filing has a spicy kick, very flavorful and served hot.YUM! The crust provided a really nice and crispy crunch. Absolutely delicious.I don't normally have greens in Indian cuisine, but we ordered it fearing that what comes next might be very spicy ( turns out our worry wasn't justify).All the veggies were very fresh, and the sauce added a slight sour flavor to it.The menu offers a great assortment of curries. I always pick the one that comes with LAMB. Most Hong Kong people turn away from curries that are VERY spicy. Fear not, the lamb masala here is perfectly spiced. This is rather a savory dish than a spicy dish, and it was a great match to the naan.The lamb meat is very tender and moist, seasoned just right to not overshadow the original meatty flavor. And the small pot contained A LOT OF MEAT, that is best shared between 3-4 people.For the more adventurous souls, try the Chicken Vindaloo, that will draw tears to your eyes.Love the Paratha! It's fresh-out-of-the-oven crispy, with a slight taste of sweetness.(We didn't even dip it in the curry beacuse the fresh flavor of the bread itself tasted good)I heard that this place imported a real clay oven from India...must be the case, or how can paratha be this good?!Cheese Naan doesn't carry a stong cheesy flavor. Just the right amount of moisture in it, and the texture is just right. Perfect as a base to taste all the curries.Indian long grain rice seasoned with turmeric and saffron. It has a subtle sweet taste on its own, also perfect with curry.The Mango Lassi is concentrated and not too sweet, made from fresh mango mixed with yogurt. A delightful finish to this great great meal. Great service. Waitresses very friendly! The food arrived very quickly.Great food comes with reasonable price. Two thumbs up. With all the attractive restaurants in SOHO, it was really hard to arrive at a decision which one to go next. The best option is to let someone else pick. You can't go wrong in SOHO (can you?)Turned out my friend liked to have some Italian flavour, so we ended up in Cecconi's. We arrived at around 12:30. Not many people were there that day. The environment was comfy.I had Smoked duck and baby spinach salad for starter. The duck pieces were so tender, seasoning was just right. Veggies were dipped in a kind of sweet sauce, which was light and appetizing. And they topped it with lychee and walnuts! Great match!  For main dish, we had this Asparagus, spinach and goat cheese pizza. The crust was a bit burnt but overall the taste was good. I love the creamy goat cheese on top (I love all things milky/ cheesy anyway), and the aspatagus added texture to the whole dish. Yum!Then we had another pizza: tomato, mozzarella, parma ham and rocket. This is a lighter version of pizza. It didn't came with strong flavour, but the freshness was very appealing indeed. Highly recommend for those who are on diet, or just in the mood for a light lunch.Tiramisu was good, but not the best I've ever had. I guess the sponge cake in it didn't soak up enough kahlua. Who don't like fatty Mexican food. I first tasted the flavour of Mexican food during a trip to the states a few years ago. The sweet and sour taste of beef burrito does come across my mind from time to time. So I decided it's time to revisit the flavour. A word of warning though: be very patient with the menu, it does require lots of googling for people who are not familiar with Mexican food.The first dish we had was seasoned shredded Beef In Mild Red Chile, topped with sour cream. The taste wasn't as stong as what I had in the states, maybe it's adjusted to suit the taste buds of Hong Kongers? The salade was quite refreshing, tasted better when eater together with the sour cream.Seasoned shredded pork tostada, topped with cheddar cheese. It was put together in a casual manner, yet the result was delicious and rich in flavour. The restaurant offers unlimited supply of salsa toppings, we doubled the amount of salsa to make it even better.It was called " the 7 layer nacho" in the menu. We didn't really count if all 7 layers were present, but the blend of Beef, Beans, Cheese, Guacamole, Salsa and Sour Cream was so delightful! Great food, reasonable portion size, and nice atmosphere.Mixed garden salade with vinaigrette dressing, quite refreshing.Amazing succulent lamb chops. I had it cooked medium rare. The meat was so tender and juicy! with just the right amount of seasoning. Definitely will come back for more.Vegetarian pasta, tasted good, a bit light on the seasoning so I added balsamic vinegar on my own.Cheese cake as a bit disappointing, the crust was too moist and the taste bit too sweet. One of the best dessert experience I've ever had. The great food was accompanied by the amazingly clear view of the harbour. Fantastic!Cheese cake was not too heavy. Taste was good.Molten chocolate cake was one of the best I've ever tasted. It was served cooled outside warm inside. The molten chocolate flooded out when you cut it in the middle. Went here for a hearty lunch. The place is small and cozy. The food was well executed, both flavor and presentation. And the price is affordable. You can get a 3 course meal under 150HKD. Reserve a table in advance or you may have difficulty getting in.Shrimp brique was creamy and rich. Even though the bowl was small, I couldn't eat the whole bowl.Duck breast: delicious entree, the thinly sliced breast pieces were tender and moist.Really appreciate the mango sauce on top of it, great match.You've got to try this Baked escargots with mashed potato. The escargots were baked perfectly. Better still, they didn't come in the shell, that made it easier to eat.The lamb chop we had were cooked medium. They were superb! The meats were chewy and juicy. I'd go back just for the lamb chops.Prawn risotto: not the best in town but OK. The rice is a bit hard, would be perfect if cooked longer.Not recommend this cake. Scallops were perfect: light, flovourful, succulent. The herbs were a great match. Although the serving was generous, I cna't get enough of this delicate and delightful taste.They served mushroom cream soup in a cup! The mushroom flavor was stong, very filling.Lobster with potate. Most people who went into this place were Indian, so we thought the food must be good. It haven't disappointed.Samosa is always my favorite Indian snack. This one was filled with potato and beef. Crust was crispy and really hot! Two thumbs up for this one.I like the wide varieties of curry that came with this dish. The yellowish sweet one with saffron is a must tryI have never tried BUTTERMILK in my whole life, so why not order one? A banquet was given in the middle of the day. The ballroom sits around 200 people, it's amazing how the kitchen can serve food so swiftly.I had chicken breast for starter. The presentation was appealing, the taste wasn't quite fresh though, you can tell the meat was laid out for some time.  Main course was a generous portion of salmon. Taste was ok but not the best in town, not soft enough and a bit dry... Asparagus was pretty good.This creme brulee looked fantastic! but too sweet even for a dessert lover like me. This chinese restaurant is hidden away in Choi Hung, the housing estate. My family and I came for dinner. The food was surprisingly good, and the servings were generous. For us carnivore we can't really complain about this generous dose of protein. That was chicken thigh, duck meat and pork in one dish (I might have missed out some). Lobster and noodles in cheesy sauce. I love anything cheesy, naturally this dish is my favorite. Again, the size of the dish was more than enough to feed a hungry crowd.Chinese abalone, or else I don't know how to call it. It was steam cooked so the sea creature can retain its flavor. And it was chewy and moist, pretty good.Rice with veggies on top. Nothing special.Overall the quality of the food is pretty good, comparable to that of large chain restaurants. There is nothing more satisfying than hot chocolate and puff pastry warm out of oven!We had just that in simply lifeThis chocolate cone is timed perfectly. The crust is chrispy while the middle is light and a bit soft. It makes you want to come back for more. Chestnut is always my most preferred flavor for sweet dishes, so naturally this pastry topped with chestnut puree is my favorite. What's more the core of this pastry is made of cream cheeze. Perfect OK this chocolate cake means indulgence. I like the nuts on top of the banana puree. Great match.…查看更多

A friend gave me this box of buttery cookies. I can't say I am impressed by the flavor, nor the texture. To me the perfect kind of cookie should be chrispy, but retain just the right amount of moisture in its core. This box is baked too dry, that made the cookies hard to chew. And you can taste traces of bitterness from over-baking, especially the chocolate flavor ones.The nutty-flavored and coffee-flavored are pretty good though, so I have to give it an "ok".But I won't buy it from this shop again. 光顧真味多次以來，最難忘的菜色還是年前的一鍋雞湯，把完完整整的一隻雞入鍋，燉成一大鍋足夠十多人分享的金黃色濃湯，當真飲過番尋味，這次嚐試新菜色，雞湯暫且擱在一旁。波士頓龍蝦伊麵龍蝦肉質尚算爽口，味道卻不怎麼突出，份量方面嚴重失分，龍蝦殼多過蝦肉，令人失望脆皮元貝剛上桌時眾人還在猜炸粉漿內的乾坤，一大口咬下，才發現原來裡面躲藏兩只元貝，不得不欣賞廚房的新煮意澳洲鮑魚果皮的甘苦味稍為偏重，鮮味不足，味道一般，口味方面亦不突出，肉質過於乾身清蒸沙巴大龍躉獲一致好評的菜色! 肉質嫩口，魚味鮮美，不愧是大龍躉腊味糯米飯味道偏鹹，味精過於重手，重口味人士應該會喜歡，飯粒有點乾硬，有改進空間壽包 紅棗糕很有份量的壽包! 可以大大啖很貪婪地吃哈哈…查看更多

聽朋友提過在大埔吃咖哩的好去處，便慕名而來，餐廳由外籍人士主理，待應也是額頭中心點有紅痣的姐姐，但沒有深究咖哩是否正宗，姑且一試吧羊肉咖哩套餐印度薄餅跟咖哩從來都是絕配 (基本上任何能蘸上汁料的碳水化合物都是本人心頭好)，咖哩味道不算濃，稍為偏鹹，兼帶有一點酸酸的蕃茄味，若辣味重一些會更佳羊肉味道尚可，愈羶的羊肉我愈愛(羶才是羊肉的真諦!)，這裡的羊肉雖有羶味，但還未達心中的水準，肉質還有改善空間，雖不至於過韌，但炆得軟身一點會更完美薄餅口感恰到好處，不會太乾，入口不覺得熱氣，麵粉味挺香的咖哩角(及炸蔬菜物)咖哩角是全餐的亮點，皮薄兼真材實料，內裡充滿咖哩薯仔牛肉粒，很好吃的印度點心套餐配送兩款醬料: 薄荷醬及茄醬螢光青色的薄荷醬想必不乏色素，味道一點也不薄荷，但待應姐姐說是Mint source，配上薄餅真是一流，所以顧不得色素是人工還是天然，全部吃進肚子…查看更多
