Food is good and can tell the chef is so experience but service is not up to standard!!! Keep chasing us to order, coz he told there is only one chef tonight until we ask but the waiter didn’t say in advance and keep chasing us …. We feel pressure!!!! Please look into this and adjust!!! 進入餐廳，裝修漂亮，環境舒適，絕對適合談天晚飯的好地方。可惜剩下來的食物和服務質素不達標。以其收取的食物價錢，這餐廳的食物質素和服務態度絕對不合格。很明顯服務質素，員工只是普通餐廳的服務態度，送來的餸菜放在桌子旁邊，茶壺沒有水，就算連揭起茶煲蓋，你沒有提醒，都沒有人過來幫你加茶。茶壺加水後送回來，茶壺竟然放在你面前，不是放在原有的茶墊上，求求其其！員工態度也不見殷勤。我們點了二人套餐，有冷盤，湯，素菜，魚，點心和甜品，竟然先上點心，上湯煎粉果還是油粒粒，湯，蔬菜，冷盤和魚在3分鐘之內全部都上了。還要我們跟他們說，請不要先上甜品，這個感覺，這個價錢，在這餐飯上是完全不好受的。燉湯太過鹹，有員工跟進，說好，但等了差不多10分鐘也沒有反應，我們要追問，才有人過來跟我們安排 (這女經理態度是可以的)。其後，我們要員工不要先上甜品，因為太飽，想晚一點才吃，不消2分鐘，突然有員工送上甜品，我們又要叫他送回去。由於餐廳10:00關門，員工在9:10又再一次送甜品給我們，在我們細問之下，他們說廚房要收工，所以送上甜品，最後我們打包甜品離開。所有的膠盒膠袋收費冇事先跟我們說明(雖然這收費是沒有問題的)，但感覺不好。以上事件，也讓我和朋友感覺，我們是否太麻煩呢，若果在餐廳裏吃東西有這感覺，可想而知這晚餐是有多不舒服😭總括而言，此餐廳的員工與顧客溝通不足，令顧客在晚餐的過程，感覺不舒服，真有點敗筆，其實我已經省略了一些事情沒說出來，希望此餐廳以後對員工培訓，食物質素，流程加以改善。…查看更多

大排檔形式，小炒，新鮮海鮮，不求絕頂服務，但求美味可口，大廚很有心，每次黎都係新想法嘅食物，招牌菜薯仔牛柳粒，拔絲咕嚕肉，非常好味，很有鑊氣！分量充足！為老闆娘平反，她只是說話比較大聲，心地原來很好的…查看更多

really nice food, fresh grill fish (烏頭), grill chicken, fried vegetable......etc but this meal I have been waited for over 40 minutes after we orderd (except the vegetable). I don't know if there is no supervisor that night or all the waiters/waiteress are very young, no one take their initivative to serve us even on food ordering and follow-up on the ordered food. We felt annoying that those young watiers smoking, eating and playing in the restaruant at the bar counter even not follow-up on our order.
