Unfortunately this is just another poor attempt at replicating Vietnamese food in Hong Kong. Their title dish, pho is neither complex or interesting, really just a big bowl of slightly flavored noodles. The biggest disappointment was the Vietnamese drip filter coffee. This was a poor imitation of Vietnamese coffee, it was weak, low grade with too much milk, although not sweet. This whole experience was very disappointing. The expectation of Jamie Oliver's brand was that of good, honest, tasty food - this restaurant failed to deliver on any of these points.The starter a 'fish plank' was reasonable although sparse. We ordered a Wild Mushroom Risotto, this was really very disappointing, considering that this was an Italian restaurant; the Risotto was tasteless and watery and was unable to be finished.For a main the Ultimate Burger was ordered. This was certainly a misnomer at the very least and perhaps a more suitable name would have been 'ordinary burger, below average taste'! The burger was tasteless and very dry, the accompaniments inside the burger only added to the unpleasant experience instead of enhancing.A Crispy Duck Leg was also ordered for the main. Disappointing, although not unsurprising when the duck leg arrived and it was certainly not crispy, more like soggy. This dish was returned and a crispy duck leg was asked for. The wait staff were very courteous and did return the dish. A while later the duck leg returned, with some element of roughness on the surface, but definitely not crispy!The whole experience really did leave us wanting to finish as soon as possible and leave this place. The service was good, although the wait time for orders were too long and main courses arrived at different times. Although not the most authentic Beijing experience the restaurant is lively and full of character. The dishes are tasty and very large, even the 'small' labelled dishes. The Peking duck is the best dish at this restaurant and highly recommened. The dishes can be a little pricey, although this is best for a group of friends dinning.…查看更多

Although the service was relatively good this is not really an authentic vietnamese restaurant. The pho was plain and tasted only like noodles in slightly flavoured hot water. The vietnamese sandwich (Banh Mi) which was a house speciality was very poor. The bread was dry and seemed stale and the filling was sparse and the general serving was very tiny indeed.
