今次好開心，因為我係將軍澳嘅居民。我曾經喺銅鑼灣同九龍灣工作，亦常常幫襯佢哋以前蕃茄仔嘅銅鑼灣同九龍灣分店。因為我覺得佢哋啲蕃茄湯好濃郁、食材份量算多、價錢亦合理。或者我個人特別鍾意食蕃茄麵，所以對蕃茄麵要求好高。 依家將軍澳開咗！我仲可以叫外賣食𠻹！雖然佢哋試業中，咁啱我早放工，心情開心叫咗碗牛魔王，因為最開心係有牛骨髓食！當然very very yummy!不過佢試業都要排咗一陣隊，好彩早啲試咗先！…查看更多

A small restaurant with unique drinks and different food. Spending a Friday night with couple of friends there, we went for snacks and drinks. They always have new food. This time, they have a Japanese sashimi jelly fish, which is extremely crunchy and tasty; I couldn’t find it elsewhere, so better have it reserved. Moreover, their signature plum flavour fried chicken skin and grilled chicken diaphragm are a must to order. The day I came, they have an off menu item called river snail that was very fresh and the way to eat it is to suck it out, to me is interesting. This is the many times I visit envy, they are keeping up the quality and improving. For starter, I didn’t order salad, but I ordered the drunken duck tongue, and my friend ordered fried chicken nuggets. The duck tongue was well marinated and the size of the tongue was quite big comparatively; the chicken nuggets were very juicely tasty. For main, we tried the cuttlefish papadelle and roast duck. The cuttlefish is awesome, the fresh garlic just went very well with the cuttlefish, and there was an egg you can mix with. About the roast duck, the skin was very crispy and the meat is juicy. The ice cream was from Japan, very very smooth and there was traditional style pomelo peel placed under the ice cream; it was surprisingly good! They also carry many special alcoholic beverages which I haven’t seen elsewhere. Can’t believe this high quality restaurant only operated by 3 people, it is a gem in town. I revisited this restaurant again because I heard there is a new chef. They used to specialise in tasting menu before, now, with the new chef, they have more varieties on a la carte. Again, their food quality haven’t dropped a bit, even better, on the other hand, their dishes are keeping fushionable and creativity.Their alcoholic drinks are very rare, very unusual and will have a new experience after drinking them.I have tried the rainbow garden, crab soup, cuttlefish pappardelle, seafood risotto, and American wagyu bisonRainbow garden- avocado with crab meat topped with fresh vegetables, one word- fresh and tasty, unlike other salad, it quite fill up your stomach.Crab soup-their soup uses 2 kg of crabs to make. No salt is added as the seawater crab is salty enough, strong crab flavour. Awesome.Cuttlefish pappardelle- the wide noodle look- a -like is actually cuttlefish, very tasty and creative. The spice they used really bring up the appetite. Seafood risotto- this is an amazing dish, they use sashimi as seafood, freshness and risotto is very yummy. American wagyu bison- it is very difficult to find bison in Hong Kong, they will medium cook it, the flavour is not as strong as normal wagyu but it is quite tender as I wasn’t expected. I will recommend it. ENVY is really a high quality restaurant even it is comparable to the starred restaurants. And the price you are paying is way worth eating this quality of food, I bet the hotel will charge 2 to 3 times more if serving this quality. I started with the Tonimomo which was very good and then the Matsuei Sour, which was more sweet than sour. I also tried the grilled shishito peppers and the sashimi tacos. The grilled peppers were fantastic, the tacos were okay. The menu is very limited and a little pricey for what you get. Honestly, come for dinner but do happy hour in the hotel lobby. I am a Japanese food fans. I always travel to Japan for sashimi and sushi. In Hong Kong, this is a restaurant that give me the same taste and flavour as in Japan. I would say the price is reasonable, sushi and sashimi is fresh enough, and they serve nice sake. I am a regular customer to this restaurant; the chefs at the bar table always create a cheering atmosphere with the customers. Planning to go again pretty soon.…查看更多

I am a fresh oysters lover. This time I paid a visit to this restaurant and found out the freshness of the oysters were the top so far in Hong Kong even comparing to the 5 or 6 stars hotels. Also the different oysters all carried unique and signature flavour. Anyway, I spent 4 hours just eating fresh oysters repeatedly. I also ordered a dish of clams which the sauce was so great that I had kept ordering breads to soaked up the last drop of sauce.
