最近要清年假, 故我這不孝子能與兩老歎早茶. 早上七時許已見有人派傳單, 知有此新茶樓, 所以去試試.茶樓在二樓, 可惜無電梯. 進內, 環境清潔, 亦不會擠迫, 職員熱情招待. 見點心紙, 全部價錢都頗廉宜. 我們三人都吃得較少, 點了:-馬拉糕: 母親最欣賞這創新造型, 味道也不錯-鹹水角: 很香脆-炸芋絲卷: 也是香脆, 入面很足料-牛肉腸粉: 皮及肉比例做得好-金錢肚: 父親至愛. 很大碟, 有黑椒, 很香-皮蛋瘦肉粥: 粥身香滑, 唯較少肉全部點心都上得很快, 亦很熱, 故如不想點心在你面前變涼, 要吃再點吧. 員工亦有禮貌及有熱誠. 希望快點再來呢!…查看更多

The buffet lasted from 12:00pm to 3:00pm. When we arrived there at 1:15pm, my wife and I were welcomed by the strong smell of waffle since the BBQ+waffle counter was just beside the entrance.The hotel including the restaurant inside was prettily decorated by the characters of Tezuka Osamu (手塚治虫). (Note: My wife and I were too busy tasting the gourmet and thus took the photos after the buffet was over. Therefore, the buffet bench was empty) The environment was wide and comfortable. Since it was weekday, the restaurant was only half full and this produced a highly tranquil and relaxing atmosphere.Though the food choice was not comparable to that offered by other 5-star hotels, the food was fresh and the quality was above standard. The food offered included: - Sashimi+sushi counter: Samon, tuna, 醋鯖魚, 手卷, etc,- BBQ+waffle counter: Both Chinese and Western style of roasted meat, freshly prepared waffle,- Cold dishes: Mussel, shrimp, little octopus, etc,Though no special food was provided in salad bar, fruit counter, the choices were quite plentiful. In addition, the unlimited supply of apple and orange juicy really impressed us. (A client was "stealing" the unlimitedly supplied ice-cream)Though the desserts offered were quite satisfactory, both in terms of quality and quantity, my wife suddenly felt that buffet should be perfected by chocolate desserts. Incidentally, the lady chef serving the BBQ+waffle counter just walked by and thus my wife raised this point to her casually. To our surprise, she gave us some mini chocolate cakes after a while! Furthermore, when I waited for the waffle preparation, she asked me to return to seat as she delivered the freshly prepared waffles to our seats after they were ready.When it was about 3:00pm, we planned to leave but the waitress told us that there was no need to rush for we could continue to sit there to finish our coffee! My wife and I came here for our late Christmas celebration. All the food was fresh and delicious. Besides picking the food from the counter, you could select special food, eg. sashimi, oyster, calm, shellfish, etc, with the pre-printed order forms. The food could be delivered to you within 10 minutes as you submitted the forms.There were a vast variety of drinks and sweet soups, orange juicy, 夏枯草, 酸梅湯, 豆漿, softdrinks, 芝麻糊 and 杏仁茶. All were tasty. You could also find some unexpected desserts like cookies and ice-cream (with tastes of mango, red bean, sesame, chocolate and vanilla)All the staff were diligent and polite. They actively collect the empty dishes from your seat so as to free space for you.Even you cook yourself, you definitely cannot pay this price yet tasting this wide choice of food and enjoy the excellent service. 未必! Last Saturday my wife and I took a promotion leaflet outside the hotel. The buffet price was very attractive and thus we decided to try.Since we dined on Monday night, the restaurant was only half full and we did not have to compete with other clients.Frankly speaking, you should not compare the food choice variety with those offered by expensive buffets. However, all our 飛佛s were available with some addition surprises. I'd like to highlightyster: Their size were comparatively smaller. They were very fresh though the sea-water taste was not so strong. However, most importantly, there were no sand/shell fragments inside.Crab legs: Though they were smaller, they were very full and the taste was very strong and attractive.Both salmon and 醋青魚 were highly recommended. French style baked snails: You must not miss themBaked oysters: Both the taste and smell were attractiveMashed yam with honey: If you are a yam-lover, you can bath yourself in its rich yam taste.楊枝甘露 – It was not too sweet, yet you could identify the rich ingredients inside. Its strong fragrance was very impressive.Other desserts like cheese cake, soufflé(疏乎里) and mousses were also provided. All were made with high quality. They also offered cold drinks (apple juicy and beer) which are normally not provided by other buffets. You could also choose hot drinks like coffee or tea.All the staff were extremely friendly and polite, including the one who distributed leaflets in the street. The service was excellent. I agree that there was a young chef with exceptionally nice manner. When he saw we ate soufflé happily, he came to our seat and said, “We will produce more, and I’ll take them to you when they are ready”. 近來老婆工作辛苦, 而知道她想吃刺身, 故帶她去我以前去過的深水埗三和田吃午間放題. 怎料, 去到見到原來已經結業, 多失望! 幸好老婆沒怪我. 更陪我於晚上再去九龍城分店"報仇".無可置疑, 店子的格局不太日式, 但這點無礙我們的"報仇"大計. 先來各種刺身, 有: 三文, 甜蝦, 北寄貝, 吞拿....等. 種類不少, 亦很新鮮, 尤以三文及甜蝦取勝.飲品是自取的, 我相信沒有那幾間有這麼多選擇, 有啤酒 (2種) 及多款汽水, 哈! 竟然有老婆的至愛 - 青蘋果味汽水, 另, 更有無限供應的冷熱清酒, 簡直是愛喝者喜訊!他們的前菜, 蟹籽沙律, 中華沙律, 海哲, 很清新和爽口, 一定耍試!燒物做得不錯, 特別是雞腎, 雞軟骨, 多春魚, 冬菇, 牛肉為皆. 加上惹味的燒汁, Oishi! 燒青魚及秋刀魚的味道與賣相均皆. My girlfriend and I went there for dinner at 5:45pm 18 Sep 2011. The waiters and waitresses were all with excellent manner. They were all hardworking and efficient. I especially appreciate a man with shorter hair. Though he was busy, he still told us the name of the dishes before putting down. Furthermore, he first asked you before taking away your empty dishes. 抵讚! For the food, 炸物: 香脆, 不油膩, 天富羅炸粉不厚; 燒物: 極香, 尤其是雞腎, 魚也很不錯; 刺身: 新鮮, 多選擇. The Thai style lime drink was very yummy. For the 2 hour, we were busy eating and thus no photos were taken. I must admit that we’ve under-estimated our abilities of destroying the food. Though we had submitted numerous orders, there were only two orders missed. When I place another one, they gave us back our requested food quickly.This was a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience. I just had bad mood and thus wanted to eat and drink crazily to release my pressure. Previously, my younger sister told me that this restaurant was quite good and thus I wanted to try already. After meeting my friend, he kept on asking me, "Have you ever tried that shop?" I replied, "No". After entering the restaurant, he still demonstrated his upset attitude and he finally told me that he read the Openrice's comments which do not appreciate this shop so much.Firstly, the waitresses' attitude was very very nice and they reminded us to take the drinkings. I ordered a bottle of sake and the temperature was just-made. We first ordered the sashimi and they were served to us neatly. The shrimps were especially nice. We then ordered the cooked food like tenpura, crab congee and bbq. In fact, I think my bad mood was driven away by the delicious food and the excellent service. I also noted that my friend had changed his original attitudes and quietly asked me, "Can they make any profits with such good food?" On paying the billing, I sighed at my heart that HK people are brain-washed by Andy Lau's advertisement, "今時今日, 咁既服務態度未夠架!" I think, paying this little, yet demanding the quality of a 5-star hotel, is it reasonable?After paying the bill, we left. I went there with my parents. The environment was very good. I requested to sit by the window during booking and thus we could enjoy the view. For the food, there were a great variety of choices. Though my parents are nearly 80, they also enjoyed the dessert bar.For the seafood court, I think each guest could get 2 oysters at one time was a reasonable treatment as this could reduce the over-exposure of oyster in air and keep their freshness. All the oysters were fat and large, delicious!!There were other surprises too. Eg. the congee counter, there were numerous components waiting for you to mix and match. The South Asia court also has some delicious food, mainly the curry and the bread. I think the cheese court was very interesting as it provided us with several types of cheeses to eat with biscuits.The waiters/waitresses were all very polite and helpful.
