The matcha mochi brioche is overhyped. The crust fell off the bun completely like they never belonged together. The crust crumbles easily and is hard to eat. The matcha syrup is super heavy and oily, not too sweet though. I had one and was super full the whole afternoon because it’s soo heavy. Overall it’s fine but definitely worth waiting in line for. The other day they made people stand in line for 45min and then told them that the brioche is sold out.
