E Molto之前朋友生日已經黎食過,好食得黎服務又好,上次我地食到讚不絕口,今次到我生日,朋友又請返我黎哩度食飯。每人叫左個套餐,有前菜、湯、頭盤、主菜和甜品。點完餐,侍應小姐先送上麵包,麵包有墨汁芝麻包和香草包兩款,兩款麵包上枱時都係暖暖地,聞倒麵包香。食麵包時除左牛油同黑醋,都可以試下佢地個香草茄子醬同辣肉腸南瓜醬,前者甜甜地,後者有少少辣味,都幾特別。前菜我揀左法式油封鴨腿塔,面頭圓形的是鴨腿,下面有番茄粒同洋蔥粒,食落涼涼地好似食緊吞拿魚他他咁。濃蝦濃湯有大大舊龍蝦肉,濃蝦味超重~!焗阿拉斯加蟹腳,好大條啖啖肉,上面有咸蛋黃碎同荷蘭醬,都幾好食。食主菜前,侍應小姐送黎每人一球番石榴雪葩清下口腔,酸酸甜甜幾清新。澳州神戶牛肉眼扒, 我點左五成熟, 生熟度剛剛好, 肉眼扒肉質好嫩, 上面有玫瑰岩鹽同酸汁調味, 下面係紫薯蓉同配菜。食牛扒當然唔少得紅酒,所以今次我點左杯Taylor’s Promised Land Cabernet Merlot 2016,好順口,單寧不重。食完主菜,侍應小姐會送上每人一杯玫瑰花茶,可以幫助消化。紅茶焦糖燉蛋,燉蛋好滑,唔會太甜。最後仲有朱古力同蝴蝶酥。埋單時,侍應小姐話只要Like同Share餐廳Facebook page同俾現金就有埋單95折或者有85折coupon下次用,唔知下次幾時會再黎,所以我地當然要堆單95折,所以想食的朋友記住帶夠現金黎。…Read More
