噚日中午要到尖沙咀做嘢咁就喺附近睇吓有乜好食啦，見到味皇有冇骨海南雞飯，沙薑雞飯同其他幾款雞飯，見佢主打雞飯諗住冇衰啦，點知就咁賴咗嘢，一入去就睇睇餐牌，一於叫沙薑雞飯，點知一叫完都唔夠一分鐘就有個呀姐放個下午菜牌落嚟，原來佢一點半已經有下午茶，頂又唔出聲，早知叫咖哩啦36蚊已經有，想問佢改唔改得碟飯已經到，算！一睇個樣已經覺同張相相差好遠，啲飯質好差，一望就知好乾好硬，又有啲白有啲黃，好肉酸😨😨，啲雞切到好大舊，好肥好肥，其中竟然有舊頸皮，冇肉放落去都係想整到好多雞咁啫，都算，食啦，咬開咗啲皮諗住咬一啖…點知係咬唔開！勁un！咬極都咬唔開咁唯有成舊食，唉真係un到好似食香口膠咁，乜雞嚟㗎！似煲湯嗰啲老雞多啲囉，仲有雞下面啲生菜，黃到我諗佢都冇諗過有人會食囉，成碟飯難食到，仲要45蚊，早知去食老麥好過，啲飯應該同餵豬啲差不多，真係比一日我都食唔完，呢世我都唔會再嚟！…查看更多

I received the special offer email last week for a 3 course lobster dinner offer, so I booked immediately and mentioned we will be ordering the special set as shown on email.But nightmare started right from we arrived.We were offered with regular menu and seems nobody knows we are ordering the special set, after 5 mins look through the menu I ask one of your staff that we would like to order the 3 course lobster set but he immediately told us we need to print out the webpage to enjoy the offer, then I told him I was never told I need to have that printed out, then he asked me whether I'm a Regal Hotel member and with the card with me OR we are a member of Hong Kong Bar Association, I told him I don't have the membership card and I'm not a member of HKBA, but your hotel sent me that email, then he said if we don't have that we are not entitle to enjoy that offer, maybe our membership expired but still receiving such email, what kind of BS is that?! If we are not entitle to enjoy such offer why on earth I'm receiving such email?! That was completely embarrassing, all the other customer were looking at us.You know what the best part was? He just walk away from our table without saying a word, what kind of service was that for a 5 stars hotel restaurant?!We were so pissed but we still don't want to ruin the night so we ask the captain again that I received that email, can we order the set? He said yes they can do that but again he walk away without saying another word, what the hack was that and we seems being looking down because we were trying to order a special offer set, are they being trained like that? Whenever a customer order a special offer set they act like that?! We both think that because we are a regular customer of Zeffirino but this is the first time we order special set and we were treated as we beg for discount, we were so mad but we love the food so again, we call the captain to take order.But our mood were completely ruin, even the food were excellent but we don't think we will visit again, with this kind of service while customer order special then why offer such discount set?Even at the end we were being looked down when I asked for the bill to the other captain, we sit there for 20 mins but the bill never came!!!!!! Had dinner there last night and the experience was very good, although the whole evening only 4 tables were filled, I do hope they can survive in the long run...We have 4 people and were using group buying coupon which entitle us to have a 5 courses roman meal for $260(10% included), we have a choice of appetizer, soup, pasta or rice, main course and dessert, the set also included with 2 drinks to choose from orange juice to house wine, also came with coffee or tea at the end.No choice for appetizer as it's included mushroom with cheese filling and parma ham layer on top, grill artichoke, and crab meat with broccoli on top, they were all good especially crab meat with broccoli, crab meat was so fresh and the taste just right, I quite like the appetizer.I had onion soup for the 2nd course, it's not the English type with a piece of bread and cheese on top then bake kind but not bad, but I was actually looking for a thicker kind, this was ok lah.3rd course I choose Linguini with prawn and wild mushroom in alfredo sauce, this was fantastic, pasta al dente, prawn were fresh and the taste was very very good, I think much better than the other choices...For main I choose Filet Mignon in rich mushroom sauce, I called for medium and it was perfectly made to the right degree, I only expect such quality of steak from the real steakhouse but this one I really need to thumbs up!! It's so tender, juicy and strong meat taste, this is definitely the highlight of the night!!! Wanted to go and try their famous pork rice bowl for a long time, finally had a chance to try for the dinner.Saw many comments about the thin slice is actually taste better than the thick pork steak, so my wife ordered the thin slice and I ordered the 豬肩脥rice bowl (but it actually is 豬頸肉....) with the original Japanese sauce and size. We both didn't order set 'coz we think drinking their tea is already good enough.About 10mins both arrived, they both look amazing!! Very true comment that the thin version is very good, taste just right, with the right amount of sauce on the rice, mine is the 豬頸肉 but taste also good, with the meat thicker to give a more chewy feel of the meat, the amount of rice is ok (but I started to feel hungry after 2 hours that I think I should order the large size), the quality with that price tag is already very good, but I'd pay $10 more for better rice, the rice they used is Japanese rice but planted in China for sure, a bit dry...but with the $33 price tag I think is impossible to have the real Japanese rice.Didn't had a chance to try their appetizer, will definitely try their thick port steak and the pumpkin salad next time, highly recommended!!…查看更多

Bought the coupon from group buying website so I give it a try for a light lunch, knowing crepe for lunch is going to be quite light..Arrived and the young waitress introduced to me what I can order using the coupon, pretty good attitude of treating customer using a coupon I ordered cheese+ham+cheese sauce crepe + cuppocino (can't believe I can order that using the coupon!!) and my wife ordered bacon+egg+cheese sauce + Hawaii bottle water.Waited for about 10mins and the food arrived, the crepe size were ok but the color of the two quite different....one is still yellow but the other is completely brown.....this show the QC level of the food....taste was good, all ingredients are right for the amount but as other comments, they were freshly made but not hot enough...just warm...but the coffee was extremely hot!!! Before careful!! It's still very hot even after 10 mins..Overall the quality and portion is ok, for a light lunch, but the set original cost $58...for this price is really hard to justify paying full...of course quite good for using the coupon cost $29...…查看更多

Want to find a new restaurant for my wife’s birthday, heard that Munch provide very good food and service, also it’s location is 諾士佛台 with good atmosphere, I gave it a try this year.We were there a bit early, around 6:30pm, so we were the first customer (we saw them setting up the table...), we had a small table at the corner with window, the view is ok looking down 諾士佛台.They have quite limited choice, either set dinner or a la carte, not a lot of choices for a la carte, heard that their crab cake is pretty good but my wife cannot eat crab at the moment so I decided to give it a skip…..we finally ordered two set dinner, mine was Wagyu 面珠”燉” ($228) and my wife ordered veal rack steak ($278) as main dish for our sets.My salad and her soup came, the Caesar Salad was very fresh and taste just right, very good, her soup also very fresh and refreshing (tomato soup), both are pretty good.Then my main dish came, the size is quite big, bigger than my expectation as I know Wagyu 面珠”燉” is very expensive, two pieces about 80% of my palm, with vinegar foam at the top and mash potato at the bottom, when cut into it, I can feel it’s very tender and soft, also can feel the stickiness from the 根, also very soft, this taste very good, very tender, juicy and soft, we both give this dish 90 points, highly recommend!!!Then came the veal rack steak, presentation is nice, but it seems too overcooked, a bit dry but the taste was ok, we both said this dish also taste good, we didn’t feel it as good is because we just had a very nice dish, but anyway we finished it with nothing left…..Then came the drink, I had hot coffee but it’s quality is quite bad….bad x 10, very watery and tasteless…couldn’t finish it at all XDD.When we ready to pay the bill, we told our waitress that the veal was too overcook, we just wanted to reflect this to the chef so he can get this improve, but after a while she brought us a apple cake as the apology, we were surprise!! Had tried their 大閘蟹 set last friday in this Central store, cost $328 for 3 大閘蟹 (2 male and 1 female) + some other items, with 茶 and other stuff +10% is $400 per head, not cheap but was looking forward to their famous set.Three of us arrived on time at 7:30pm but only a few table occupied, then we ordered 3 sets. The first 大閘蟹 came about 10 mins later and of course we couldn't wait to get started, as usual I started with the legs, then found the crab's skin was peeling off...very strange and I'd never saw something like this...and found the meat is a bit "miu", not fresh, after the legs I opened the shell and found the amount of 膏 is very little....forget to mention the size of it definitely less than 5兩, it just so little, anyway the color of the 膏 was not orange at all, a bit brownish and green....look not present at all...not to mention the meat is very "miu" and dark in color, shell was very soft too..........so regret I didn't get this to be exchanged...2nd one came, a bit better but still the color 膏 was green and brownish....meat is a bit better but size was still small, but can feel it's a bit more fresh and it's quality is worst than the $40 crab I got from other store...3rd one came, the best quality and the color of 膏 was finally orange but amount still little, size about the same...I think all of their crabs are only 4兩 at most..and I do think they did that purposly, I mean quality get better everytime, so the chance of getting complaint would be less...Not to mention the other items from the set was just bad bad bad, size was small and taste was just so soThe whole set cost $400 is just a total rip-off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I'm sware to god that I'll NEVER try this again!!!!!!!!! Bought a coupon to have 2 burgers for $63, very attractive price, so went to the one in entertainment building...but found it's closed XDDSo change to the 2nd branch in 閣麟街, very quiet place with only 1 customer when we arrived The coupon allow us to order 2 burgers below $78, very good deal but without coupon I'd say is quite expensive...maybe that's why only 1 customer there......Once placed the order, they gave me a blue plastic disc like, I guess it's a bipper, but we're pretty much the only customer there...what's the point having that....Anyway they freshly cook everything, so we waited for 15mins to have the food ready, wow I ordered the burger (forgot the name) with mushroom, an egg, bacon and vegi, taste was so good and the beef was just so juicy with lots of meat juice!! Been there want to use the last $100 funshare coupon....already so pissed that they changed the terms without any notice....so I went there yesterday and prepared to order al la carte...then found their main course cost at least $160.....don't want to pay extra so I did only ordered a caeser salad, for $88....Unbelivablely they gave me some bread...maybe they know the salad can only fill my stomach for 2 hours...The salad came, with three grill shrimp on top, look not bad and taste also not bad, but for lunch and it cost $88....definitely not worth....especially saw ppl having a full set lunch Within 5mins I finished the whole thing and feel nothing in my stomach....their food is actually not bad but with that kind of attitude, definitely no next visit no matter what!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Afterward I need to go eat a large size yogurt with three toppings to fill my poor stomach!!! …查看更多

Got a Funshare cash coupon for $100, when bought the coupon it said lunch set can be use, so I bought it since I work in Central, will go soho for lunch once in a while.I made a reservation so when we arrived the table is ready right away.We both ordered set lunch, I had the pork loin with rice and my friend had pasta in meat sauce, the food is pretty good but portion is rather small, then we had a choice of dessert or drink, I choose the lemon tea but did notice dessert was cream bulee XDDOverall food is ok but when I asked for the bill and bring out the funshare coupon to pay, the old guy look like a store manager claimed that the coupon cannot use for set lunch!!! I'd used that the last time and can use for set lunch is the reason of me to buy this coupon!!!!Then of course I argue that I used that before and that guy call someone and then came back to me with very angry voice: "I'm telling you this cannot use for lunch set, but I'll let you use this time and no next time!!!! Understand? Now give me $94!" This is really what he said!!! Can you believe restaurant service is like this? Went there tonight to celebrate friend's birthday, where he recommend 'coz this restaurant was very good...5 years ago.When I checked openrice's comment, I found they server very cheap lunch (around $40-$50) but dinner cost about $400 each...and the comment was on so-so...then I have doubt that why not go to Bonheur in Sheung Wan? That would about the same cost but all of us would be very full with extremely good food....but anyway we'll try since the BD boy want to go...We arrived the restaurant at 7...a bit dress up...but found it's like a local "cha chan tan"....and I was like "shxx"...this is french restaurant?!!?Anyway we had ordered caesar salad with parma ham ($108), 鵝肝x 2 ($148 each), main course are Angus beef rib ($198), grill game hen ($368) and 黑毛豬架($368)The three main course came with soup, we asked what was the soup, the waitress said "cream soup"......when arrived....my comment is it's the same "cream soup" I get from $28 set lunch elsewhere....so white that I'm sure there is no real cream...it just made from butter and flour, I was like...."oh my god I can imagine how good the food can be..."Salad came next, taste is a bit strange, as it get no caesar dressing, it taste just salty salty and without the most important thing in caesar salad - "銀魚"...sigh...the parma ham is ok but that little vegi cost $108....鵝肝came...two small pieces, over done, the middle all dry up and taste like 豬肝........Angus beef rib came, IT'S NOT RIB!!! It's actually 牛仔骨, 6 pieces size about $5 coin, cost $198 ....man that's just red wine sauce, so easy to make and it cost $198 are you kidding me?!?!The game hen came, no expectation and it stuff with mushroom rice, it's taste was the best so far and the portion is more reasonable, but again it lack the complicity of traditional French food, so easy to cook with anyone...The 黑毛豬架 came last ------ what the hack that's only one piece of bone you called it "架", do you on earth know what "架" means??? Only one piece and the amount is so little, taste was good but definitely not worth $368, no way man!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!At the end with the amount of food of course we can order dessert, apple tart, this is the best of the night and again they also cost $60 each, man this is 4 star hotel's price tag and I'm seating in a char chan tang setting, again no way man!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The bill came and this food cost me $1,600, crazy I'm not even half full and left with my hungry stomach home......p.s. we're not allow to take ANY picture of the food, come on what's the big deal, anyone can cook this kind of "french" food with 1/5 of the cost!!!…查看更多

A day back in September, very hot......but since I got a coupon for a free large yogurt with 3 toppings, so I spent 20 mins to walk there....when arrived, all sweat That day they have coffee and chocolate as special, so I ordered a 2 favors with all fresh fruit as toppings, including mango, strawberry and pineapple.Amazingly all the fruits are fresh, not those canned fruit and the amount is alot!!! I must say if you are going to eat a large size, you better have a very light lunch otherwise there is no way you can finish it!!!The taste of the yogurt is quite refreshing, not a sign of any milk, overall coffee is better 'coz chocolate is not that rich...as I'm a dark chocolate lover, it's chocolate is far away from dark chocolate...maybe this is just a personal taste after all...Overall the yogurt is ok, size is big and fruits are the highlight!!Will definitely try but maybe other branches...…查看更多

Bought a $300 worth using $150, which is half price, so need to go there to use before it expired, this is my second time to visit this restaurant, last time I ordered the set dinner but wasn't that good..and the portion was a bit small so I decided to order al la carte this time.My friend ordered a lobster soup ($58) and I had the seafood oyster soup ($62), seafood risotto ($118) and parma pizza ($88), as the total is just about $300, perfect to use the coupon.Soup came, the container is a glass jar, look quite funny, but actually very difficult to use the spoon ..... the good thing is the portion is quite big, my friend's lobster soup is very good, where my soup only has 3 baby oyster (quite fresh) 2 tasteless baby squid , the worst thing is it's way too salty XDDD -> sure a "no next time"Seafood risotto and Parma ham pizza came right after the soup, tried the pizza first, taste very good, just the crust is not as thin as in Pizza Express's, but still very good, with the $88 price tag, very nice. So many seafood, including large clams, large shrimp and baby tasteless squid XD, the shrimp is so fresh and size about 5 inches long!! and there are 5 of them!!! Bought a steam rice for dinner but it's a bit small....so I tried to order $10 of 鍋貼, which give 4 of them, this should be just right to get full.They were picked from the plastic box...with no heating equipment...so when I got the paper bag, the whole thing is just - COLD Taste is ok but no juicy inside....the biggest problem is it's just so COLD...I really love their 小籠包 'coz it is made to order, always hot and full of juice inside, I think I'll stick with their 小籠包 only............If not the 小籠包...I'll definitely give it a cry face...…查看更多
