Heard of this restaurant for a while and had been wanting to try. Finally went to their shop in TST. Once I opened their menu, I was really shocked but how expensive they are charging some very normal Taiwanese dishes that you spend at least 2 or 3 times less on other quality Taiwanese restaurant. The only thing to highlight is the environment. If you are craving for good quality of food, not here for sure. We ordered two lunch set menu and several dim sums on the la carte menu. The food was either too salty or too sweet. Their dim sum looks fancy but the taste is mediocre. This part is quite disappointing……查看更多

We came here for dinner about 7 months ago which was good so we came to revisit and ordered takeaway. It seems that they have changed the chef as the takeaway food this time is HORRIBLE HORRIBLE and HORRIBLE!The eel was not fresh at all and as hard as a rock which can’t be even split. Originally we planned to have breakfast at Chart Room but unfortunately it’s not open on Monday morning. Therefore, we came here for breakfast. It’s ok to be expensive if the food is ok. However, the food here is way below ok, TERRIBLE precisely. We ordered American breakfast, Japanese set and kids’ set. ALL the food tasted AWFUL! The so-called grilled chicken of the Japanese set was just basically steamed chicken and this set was the WORST. Waffles of the kid’s set were as hard as a rock. The American breakfast is not any better. Even all the fruits were icy cold. I read good review about this place so initiated a dinner with my good friend there last week, but it turned out to be a BIG and total disappointment and this place to me is so over-rated! 1. Extremely bad ventilationAs soon as I arrived around 7pm (the restaurant opens from 6pm-3am), the whole restaurant was already very smoky with strong kitchen smell of oil and smoke which made all my clothes, hair and face smell horribly. Can’t imagine how bad the restaurant can smell if you go later in the evening. 2. RUDE chefWe ordered a lot of food and an order of mixed mushroom as we needed some veggie. The mushroom was very salty that it actually tasted bitter. We asked the waiter politely to see if they can change the mushroom or cancel this particular order. The waiter was very polite and said he would check with the Japanese chef (not sure if it’s the owner). Guess what, the waiter looking a bit embarrassed when he returned and told us “Our chef tried the mushroom but he said this tasted totally fine as how he normally cooked it. So our chef said he won’t change it and asked me to return this dish back to you....”Then he just left the mushroom on our table and walked away. Such response and attitude of this Japanese chef was really rude. 3. Mediocre food Apart from the super salty mushroom that the chef “threw” it back to our table after he tasted it, other dishes that we ordered was not good at all that any other teppanyaki restaurants located in that building or in Causeway Bay can do a much better job than Kozy. Mixed mushroom: super saltyOx tongue: super small portion and the ox tongue was not fresh Shrimp: not fresh at allOyster: not fresh at allOkonomiyaki with pork: Mediocre if Kozy was opened in Japan, I don’t think they can sustain their business for long...The bad food is relatively a minor issue compared to the rude Japanese chef at Kozy. My colleague and I just randomly walked into this restaurant for lunch as it wasn’t full. After we tasted their food, we can completely understand why it wasn’t full. The food of their lunch set tasted AWFUL and TERRIBLE especially the main courses. The only slightly better dish was the corn soup that we finished. However, for the appetiser (dumplings), the presentation was ok but the stuffing and the dipping sauce were all very strange and didn’t mix well with each other at all. The main courses were the MOST TERRIBLE among all. We already ordered something which should be safer choices (fried noodle and fried rice, see picture) but they turned out to be EXTREMELY SALTY!! Not only too salty, the overall taste and the selection of ingredients were all wrong and strange. At the end we just managed to eat 1/3 of the main courses. Then the dessert were also not good at all that we just had a few bite and then gave up.We told the waitress that the main courses were way too salty, then she told her manager, guess what, no one cared! Her manager simply ignored our comment and the waitress just came back to ask what dessert (included in the lunch set) that we wanted. They don’t care at all.At the end, we walked out from the restaurant with half empty stomach (but $148 per head) and light headed. 打8號風球，所以就揸車去咗YOHO MALL食lunch。第一次去呢間Mango Tree, 咁就賴嘢。兩個人叫咗：招牌黃咖喱蝦兵蟹將$238燒八爪魚菠蘿沙律$98同兩杯特色飲品飲品還可以，但食物質素真係完全唔得。燒八爪魚菠蘿沙律：份量少得可憐，廚師將一條細小八爪魚腳切開六粒，咁就上枱。無錯，份量係細到要用粒來形容。（圖片係我哋食咗一半時影嘅，所以剩返三粒)招牌黃咖喱蝦兵蟹將：一入口已經嚐到濃烈味精味道，蝦同蟹肉唔單止完全冇海鮮味，而且肉質鬆散。求其去元朗市中心搵間泰國餐館水準都一定俾佢高好多。可以好肯定個廚一定冇喺真正泰國餐館做過！兩個人埋單$444（@$222）如果食物質素好，貴啲都唔緊要。但食物劣質如此，又貴又唔好食，一定無下次! 9PM: arrived at the restaurant and grabbed a ticket for 1 person only 9:22PM: finally seated but shared a 2-pax table with a stranger9:23PM: ordered food (2 dishes: the spicy dumpling and a plate of spinach)9:50PM: the spicy dumpling arrived, the dough was way too thick with very little meat. It was spicy but...tasteless...10:00PM: the veggie finally arrived. Spinach was overcooked and soggy 10:15PM: the manager who brought the bill to me literally snatch the credit card receipt from me and threw my card on the table after I left them no extra tips but the 10% service fee only. 一入餐廳，你會俾佢嘅特色裝修所吸引。當你滿心歡喜咁點菜...點知...D菜一到，食物一入口，你就會立即餐廳裝潢與其食物水準完全不成正比...我一個人，先點咗滷肉飯、台式麻油雞，原本諗住食完再慢慢點甜品、飲品，再慢慢坐下享受下個環境...好在我冇一次過點晒...(當你第一次試間餐廳，千祈唔好衝動!)台式麻油雞 $75 ：不但一滴麻油味都冇，且菜汁味道古怪，D雞肉煮到爛，比煲湯雞肉更加難食！滷肉飯$30: 滷肉味道還OK，但係啲白飯完全唔得，煲到又淋又爛！結果，由於太難食，食咗一半嘅情況之下買單即閃，坐低半個鐘都冇。超級難食嘅一餐，加一盛為$116。早知去麥記醫肚算（咁樣比較係侮辱咗麥記）！BLACKLISTED!!!…查看更多

今日原本專登揸車諗住去隔離一間好好食嘅茶餐食晏，點知人家原來逢星期一休息。係無選擇嘅情況之下，唯有去呢間佢係隔離嘅NZ餐廳，就係咁賴•晒•嘢•...我從來冇食過咁難食嘅海南雞飯：- 啲雞肉係霉嘅，完全唔新鮮- 啲飯落得太多水，煲到溶溶爛爛盛為＄55間餐廳喺正繁忙嘅馬路隔離，沙塵滾滾，嘈喧巴閉，仲要有烏蠅飛來飛去...好耐之前食過一次早餐，自己煮都好食過佢。今次又再來幫襯，簡直係同自己過唔去。隔離間餐廳好食過佢好多倍，早知揸車返屋企煲公仔麵冇咁嬲！Blacklisted! …查看更多
