1. We came at 10.00 to listen to live music , they said it is started at 9.30 pm , but we had to wait around 35 mins them to start. Are the musicians so “tired” they really need to rest SO long on Friday? 2. In the menu they have hot drinks listed but they don’t have / sell hot tea , either hot coffee. But they DO sell iced coffee . Don’t order it cause it tastes like a liquid poop. When I asked if they can add inside hot or cold water , the waitress said she will not do it! I complained that that is just terrible taste and I just want to mix it with water. The waiter started to shout and said that the coffee in their place is not good (but why do they sell it ?) . Not to say more - the waiter said we can go out and drink coffee at Starbucks! (🫨) . Completely not client oriented service. Waitresses only push to order in a very rude way and rude voice , and after they don’t say that their iced coffee is sh””t, and the waiter don’t even add water to dilute the disgusting flavour. The waitresses treat guests only like cash machines. They sell bad product even if they know it is bad , and don’t want to correct it. I payed 50 hkd for that, btw. Then you return me money. …查看更多
