Octmoon (tko)First time coming to this new restaurant in po lam! If you’re looking for big portions and affordable prices- this is the place to go! I saw a lot of people ordering hotpot and so I did too! I ordered the medicinal hotpot and there was so much we couldn’t even finish it! There was a choice of chicken, pork or beef, I chose pork and it was tender and delicious 🐖😋🐓 We also ordered the chicken with Taiwan braised pork. It was HUGE we could only finish half of it. Definitely good portions for those who have a big appetite and don’t want to spend big bucks! It costed less than $100! 🧋We also ordered taro bubble tea and it was surprisingly good for a restaurant that doesn’t specialise in drinks. Bacaba (tko) Love eating by the sea 🌊- there’s smth about it you just can’t resist and this restaurant located in o’south tko is one of the best in the area! They serve the best chicken kebab 🐓I’ve ever had! Definitely a must try! We chose the mint, bbq and garlic mayo sauce which surprisingly went really well tgt🤤The carbonara was a great value considering the portion size. Just $318 for all you can eat chicken pot and hotpot! 👍🏻The best part is there’s a variety of appetisers as well 🤤 it comes with sashimi and 5 other small dishes! My favourite was the greater burdock. It was crunchy and tasty. For the chicken pot 🐓we opted for no spice 🙅🏻‍♀️🌶️ but they have a few level of spiciness which you can choose according to your preference. God of teppanyaki ♨️ (cwb)Was craving Teppanyaki and found this on my newsfeed 🤤 We saw they had a special menu: Fuji Teppanyaki Set so we decided to give it a try. With this menu it comes with 10 courses - it came with lobster, wagyu beef, sashimi, and many more. You get a choice for your main protein, we got the US Steak🥩Overall, the food was delicious - my favourite was definitely the fresh Lobster paired with their Signature Cocktail and US Steak 🥩🦞The US Steak was very tender and I love how they put it on top of bread to soak all the oil. The interior of this place is gorgeous, perfect to celebrations. Not only do you get to experience a chef👨🏻‍🍳 cook in front of you, you also get the gorgeous view of Kowloon side. 🏙️ Highly recommend checking this place out.

Mazu🍲(tko)This is my third time here! Always love a good medicinal hotpot on a cold cold day. 🍲🤧This time I’m here for their $158 lunch. Love their wide selection of soup base, fish balls, drinks and desserts 🧃🍦🍥😋In this lunch set, they provided us with 2 plates of beef per pot🥩. It also comes with a special drink🍸. Except limited meat everything else is AYCE! They are famous for their medicinal soup base and I always get the coconut chicken soup🥥🐔. A must try is their wasabi fish ball. Kokon🍢 (kwun tong)Had to try this restaurant for myself after reading all the positive comments on OpenRice!The golden dragon roll was delicious. It’s crispy texture with the special sauce that laid over the sushi was salivating. The fried udon’s texture was still chewy after frying. The okonomiyaki sauce matched the udon very well. I also loved the chicken neck skewer. A little too salty but very flavourful. Thai fire 🇹🇭🔥🇹🇭This Thai restaurant had so many bookings even on a weekday! Had to try it for myself 😋🪼🐓The appetiser was a boneless chicken feet and it was definitely very appetising. It came with a dish of cold jelly fish and the texture complimented with the chicken feet so well!🦐🐙Ordered the seafood fried rice and it had so much 鑊氣！wok taste is a must for me when eating fried rice! 🍷Hans bar and restaurant Crab udon had a very strong crab flavour and had a thick sauce. The waitress told me it’s Alaskan crab 😍 that’s why it was so tasty and fresh! Chicken with cheese appetiser was a bit salty but went very well with alcohol. This is def the best alcohol snack!! Egg tart cocktail had very strong rum taste. Very interesting flavour! The restaurant overall had a very great ambiance, great if you want to chat with your friends in a quiet restaurant. 韓虎家🇰🇷🐯Located inside a very clean food court in park side, this small restaurant is run by Koreans. If affordable Authentic Korean cuisine is what you’re looking for then this is it!We got the beef Kimbap, kimchi fried rice, ginseng chicken soup and spicy tofu soup. My favourite was the kimchi fried rice which was spicy and sweet and they used the Japanese Pearl rice which elevated the whole dish. The pot had a variety of ingredients including veggies, enoki mushrooms, narutos, corns, clams and fish balls. You could also flee t the pot to come with rice or vermicelli. I chose vermicelli Cus it went well with the soup. Overall the taste was flavourful. Had a strong garlic taste which I loved - it matched with all the ingredients very well and it’s perfect pot for a cold rainy day! My friend ordered the medicinal lamb pot and it was very tasty too. 財記辣蟹私房菜 Located conveniently in the heart of cwb, this restaurant is very famous for their crabs! I didn’t order crab this time but definitely will order next time as it looked mouth watering 🥹I ordered the fried shrimp roll 油炸鬼炸蝦cus I thought it was so unique. Never tried such a combination before! Even though it was covered in sauce, the fried layer 油炸鬼was still Crispy! 🤩🤩 it surprisingly fit so well with the shrimp as well! 👑 La rosabelle bar and grill (tko Monterey)Love the vibes here, it’s like eating in a European castle next to the sea and treated like a queen with such great service! 😍Ordered the lobster spaghetti and it was my favourite dish!! The lobster was huge! They did not cheap out 👍🏻 there was lobster mixed into the pasta sauce as well which made the pasta have a Strong lobster taste and was Al dente. 👌🏼 The spring chicken had such a strong aroma you can smell it from afar! 閔大人A cute and cozy restaurant located in Po lam! Ordered their boneless fried chicken Cus who doesn’t love a good fried chicken!! Their fried skin is so different from the others I’ve had. You would love it if you like the crispy fried texture! Ordered their jajang myeon as well which is the black bean sauce noodle. Haven’t had it in a long time and it totally satisfied my cravings 🥹 Last but not least, for dessert I chose the lotus waffle and I would prefer the waffle to be hot. 🐯鳴虎Randomly passed by this restaurant in po lam and was craving ramen so I went in and gave it a try! I ordered ramen with the fish and pork bone soup base and I like how there is a strong fish base to it because it is what makes it unique. There’s a generous amount of grilled pork and noodles.
