It was a delightful experience filled with bold flavors and comforting dishes. Here’s a rundown of the highlights from my meal:The star of the meal was undoubtedly the Mozzarella Cheese Chicken. Served bubbling in a cast-iron pot, this dish features tender pieces of chicken generously coated in gooey mozzarella cheese. What truly elevated the experience was the thoughtful presentation: the pot was surrounded by a delightful medley of toppings, including a soft-cooked egg, flavorful seaweed rice, small sausages, and spicy kimchi. The waiter was incredibly helpful, taking the time to mix everything together right at the table. This not only ensured that the cheese melted perfectly but also alleviated any worry about timing the chicken’s doneness. The combination of flavors — the richness of the cheese, the savory chicken, and the kick from the kimchi — created a deliciously satisfying dish that was hard to resist.Next, I tried the JjaJiang Black Bean Sauce Noodle, and it did not disappoint. The noodles were cooked to perfection, with a delightful chewiness that paired beautifully with the thick, savory black bean sauce. The dish was generously topped with fresh vegetables, adding a nice crunch and balance to the richness of the sauce. This classic Korean comfort food was both hearty and satisfying, making it a must-try for anyone visiting the restaurant.To complement the meal, I decided to try two of their non-alcoholic drinks: the Blue Lemon Ade and the Mojito Ade. The Blue Lemon Ade was a vibrant, refreshing concoction with a perfect balance of tartness and sweetness, making it incredibly thirst-quenching. On the other hand, the Mojito Ade was equally delightful, infused with mint and lime, providing a cool and invigorating finish to the meal.
