This place really is a hit or a miss. I really try to enjoy going here, and a lot of the times I do. The food is pretty good albeit expensive, and most of the servers are quite friendly. The main problem with this place is the service. I’m not talking about the attitude of the servers, they’re all very nice. I’m talking about the swiftness of the service. Every time I order a beer, even at the bar, I end up waiting 15 minutes.Last time I ordered a drink the server took my order and left. 10 minutes later someone asked if I wanted to order something, and I say I ordered a beer 10 minutes ago. 10 minutes later my beer arrives. This was during a slow service too.This happens almost every time I’m there, and I really don’t understand what the problem is. Maybe the restaurant needs to pay the servers better so they feel more motivated to get the job done. I noticed they omit a service charge which, in a country/culture that doesn’t tip, is kind of messed up. I hope the staff get paid a proper wage.…查看更多

I ordered the Classic Burger (lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese) set with a drink and fries. It cost a total of HK$69.00 which is a great deal in HK nowadays. Everything was fresh and hot, and it only took 10 minutes total to prepare.The only thing I would say is to change the consistency of the meat patty. There might be too much wet ingredient (egg, milk, etc.) mixed with the bread crumbs/meat, creating a slightly mushy, soft consistency.It was still very delicious and nicely seasoned though. The outside of the restaurant seems nice; it's got a somewhat Ginza vibe to it. I lived in Japan for quite a while. I've had my fair share of good tempura. This place was absolutely horrible. I went in there for lunch and everything was great until the 2nd order. We got a second order, waited a while, nothing came, so I told the server I can't wait any longer and need to run to an appointment. They said 10 more minutes, and I said it's just not possible--that's too long. The "manager" said they will not pay me back and charged me full price despite me not even eating the 2nd order, so they basically took $40 from me. The next day the management contacted me to say they are reviewing the situation, but to be honest, a simple apology right off the bat would've been much better. They offered my $40 back but I decided to reject it cause we all know it wasn't about the money--its about the service. They finally apologized to me via email which made things much better.I'm not sure if I'd return with this kind of service. The food is pretty good though, so it's really a 50/50 chance for you. I've been going to this restaurant for quite some time. This pizzeria is by far one of the best/most inexpensive places you can get an authentic slice in HK. The food is great; it's fresh and always hot. The bathroom is clean and tidy, and the tables are spotless. I like the dark themed atmosphere--especially at night time with the lighting. The staff are all extremely friendly and actually enjoy what they do. You can clearly see the owners and staff are passionate about serving good, authentic food.Keep up the good work!…查看更多

I had breakfast here yesterday morning and order the scrambled eggs with country bread. The eggs were way over cooked, but the bread was delicious.The service was horrible. We went to this buffet yesterday thinking it would be fun. The food was awful and everything was always empty. The plates were disgusting and caked with grime. The sashimi was watery and tough, the make sushi mushi and acidic, the lamb was tough, and the salad was boring and bland. We went to the dessert section to search for flavor and we're utterly disappointed. The cheesecake tasted a bit spoiled and we didn't dare go to the chocolate fountain since kids we're sticking their fingers in them. we had dinner at La Brata last night, and everything was spot on. They brought us a 1/2 meter of ham, cheese, and bread. We devoured the whole thing and washed it down with some wine. Next we ordered the piccante pizza--outstsnding. It was a bit spicy but perfect balance. Last, we ordered the tiramisu, which was light and creamy; a perfect way to finish the meal. I had lunch here on a weekend. The service was great and the food was amazing. We ordered the ribs and scallop pasta; both perfectly cooked. The ribs were smoky, sweet, and had a wonderful tanginess to them. The pasta was well balanced with garlic and the scallops were excellent. We'll definitely be returning.…查看更多
