星期六嘅灣仔一向較靜, 而喺呢個時勢, 就更顯冷清。 要挽救經濟, 我會選擇從小店入手, 呢間係我個list嘅其中之一, 原因好簡單:用心。今晚兩個人嚟, 先食春卷, 鬆脆唔油膩, 值得一提嘅係團隊對醬料好講究, 所用嘅魚露唔會死咸, 混入少許蒜蓉, 很提鮮。接住就係夠晒鑊氣嘅炒菜心, 老闆話加咗魚露炒, 再加埋蒜粒同炸蒜末, 好快就清晒。主食叫咗乳豬同埋肝醬雞卷, 前者外皮鬆脆, 冇肥膏啖啖肉, 同自家調配嘅青檸汁好夾, 鍾意濃味少少嘅就可以點葱蒜汁; 後者就更有驚喜, 雞肉好嫩, 食落好juicy而且滲出陣陣香茅味, 加上豬肝醬就更香, 但一啲都唔膩。呢兩度菜都配咗少少酸蘿蔔同菜絲balance下, 都好新鮮, 唔係求其搭上去。平時食越南菜都係湯河、檬粉同粉卷之類(呢度都有, 湯粉嘅湯頭一流, 檬粉係靚料), 嚟咗呢度先知有咁多選擇。老闆很友善, 會介紹菜式嘅用料同烹調方法, like!良心小店猶在, 想繼續有得食, 就要用實際行動支持。…Read More

午餐多以麵食為主, 車仔麵就能夠滿足我貪心嘅慾望。 對我嚟講, 好嘅車仔麵係:要有自家調製、能夠獨當一面嘅餸;入貨嘅麵食都唔可以馬虎, 嗰啲充滿醶水味嘅麵、淋到碎嘅河粉千祈唔好預我, 佢哋絕對會令碗麵大大減分;最後, 有埋好嘅湯底就無敵喇~蒙麵, 唔止具備上面三個條件, 而且仲有顆不斷求進嘅心: 自家創嘅「蒙麵」麵條, QQ又掛湯; 而前幾日嚟仲見到紙仔有新嘢-新鮮花蛤!海鮮控嘅我即刻點嚟試吓, 結果冇令我失望, 肉唔算好大粒但好鮮甜, 一粒沙都冇, 而且數量都唔少。 (但有一點, 我唔係好sure的, 就係呢啲真係花蛤定係蜆肉? 我嘗試喺網上搜尋有關教學, 不過睇住啲相再對比下實物之後都係分唔到, 哈哈~總之覺得好食就算了)另外, 我仲叫咗必點嘅鹵水豆腐(滑得嚟唔會淡茂茂)、五香牛筋(粗大得嚟夠稔又入味)同埋時菜(通菜洗得乾淨,碌得啱啱好)。 咁都未夠, 我都話咗我係貪心㗎啦, 再上一次嚟嘅時候見到隔離位食客叫嘅多春魚係即叫即煎, 今次就叫埋佢, 果然好想夠乾身!一間食店要維持質素唔易, 能夠有不斷創新嘅精神, 又肯配合時令而提供唔同選擇就更是難得。 我會keep住來的, 加油哦!…Read More

難得放假到中上環一帶走走,想搵個地方舒舒服服咁享受悠閒下午,未能將茹素成為習慣嘅我,終於初臨已save喺收藏名單好耐嘅豆苗居喇~呢度個舖比我想象中還要大呢,又充份透入日光,加上植物襯托,感覺好舒服,店主喺裝修佈置上都花左唔少心機呀!店員好殷勤,見我地睇住餐牌冇乜頭緒就主動向我地介紹。難得黎到,想試多d野,於是我地就要一個set lunch再加 a la carte items。是日餐湯係南瓜薑湯,睇見d顏色都知道有料啦,啖啖都係南瓜嘅自然甜味,薑味都重,啱晒要調理脾胃嘅我。之後就黎左a la carte叫嘅卷物,用椰菜花蓉代替飯,中間除左有爽脆嘅蔬菜,仲有炸茄子,食落好清爽,一d都唔油膩,卷上面仲鋪左軟滑嘅牛油果同埋惹味嘅醬汁,成個口感好豐富!構思呢度菜式嘅廚師好叻叻呀~跟住嘅係set lunch嘅冷麵,麵同配菜嘅西蘭花苗同杏鮑菇都用d甜甜嘅醬油炒過,麵夠爽,待涼後都唔會黐埋一齊,我都想喺屋企試下整呢。再黎係a la carte嘅gnocchi,小長方形嘅gnocchi唔係韌嗰種,睇佢啡啡灰灰嘅顏色,應該唔係用一般麵粉搓成吧,同個忌廉汁好夾,加上菇香四溢,會令你不知不覺食晒架!最後,要了set lunch包嘅餐茶同甜品,揀咗black tea同埋grey grey coconut cake,蛋糕少甜輕巧,飲杯black tea更加解膩,我 猶其鍾意個茶壺,有古雅嘅味道~Set lunch收$158+10%呢個價錢,喺呢個地段,有呢個環境、service、食材同味道係好抵。A la carte當然會貴d,但我覺得算公道,大家都深知香港嘅昂貴租金問題,想好嘅店家可以生存,做顧客嘅都要付出。…Read More

看到媒體報道,見店家以關東煮做主打,標榜用自家高湯熬製,即刻約朋友試試。雖然成層得佢一間舖,但店面唔大,約20個位,所以訂定位就穩陣喇~一出門口,關東煮嘅香味就飄埋黎,店家安排我地坐吧枱,啱晒我,師傅好聚精會神咁準備食物呢~先黎前菜,我地試左高湯煎蛋卷同埋牛筋煮。蛋卷鬆軟、熱呼呼點會唔好食?加埋少少蘿蔔蓉感覺清新d,但我覺得店家唔好落醬油落去d蘿蔔蓉會好d,覺得唔夠味先落。牛筋煮用左甜味噌調味,牛筋夠晒稔,牛味幾濃,有少少肉嘅部份,都係一咬就開,同個醬汁好夾呀~關東煮嘅食材都幾多款式,我地試左大根、海帶、牛筋、芝麻麵筋、雜菜魚腐、竹輪卷同埋燒豆腐,我覺得除左魚腐麻麻地之外(個魚腐冇乜味,又唔係好似平時食嘅咁彈牙),其他都好好食,海帶好香,牛筋夠稔,麵筋有粒粒芝麻,竹輪卷幾彈牙,豆腐夠滑又有豆香。雖然主打係關東煮,高湯先係靈魂所在,我地就叫左用佢黎烹調嘅雞蛋煮雞肉,再加個白飯,就成為我同朋友最鍾意嘅親子丼喇 >3< 呢個選擇真係好正確,我到依家都仲回味緊呀!!雞蛋好香又有蛋汁,雞肉好嫩,加埋d蔥,仲有高湯提升味道,放喺粒粒晶瑩嘅日本米上面,真係令我好感動呀!!!呢度嘅菜式唔係話貴價野,但就食得出師傅嘅用心,見佢成晚一腳踢,又會不時測試下高湯嘅味道,每個飯都逐個新鮮煮,時間又掌握得好好,真係好認真,有家嘅味道!另外值得一提嘅係有個高湯炊飯,都好多人叫,望落好吸引,下次黎再試!同埋呢度d食具好靚,仲要每樣菜式都用唔同嘅款式載住,夠晒心思。呢度開到凌晨四點,堅係深夜食堂,想要日式comfort food的話係好好嘅選擇!…Read More

打工仔除左happy Friday,到左週末,都想搵個地方,舒舒服服咁食下好野,慰勞下自己。呢間餐廳我黎過幾次,用嘅食材好新鮮,好多都係有機嘅,而且烹調方法都係少油同埋唔會落太多調味,好啱我同媽咪,so far 半年間水準都幾穩定,值得encore呀。頭盤先黎個白酒煮紐西蘭大蜆,呢個係我地自從第一次黎試過後都必定會點嘅,因為好少有咁大隻嘅蜆,食起黎好甜,又幾creamy,啱晒我呢d海鮮控~主菜就食左鱈魚伴焗菜,鱈魚又香又滑,簡單用左少少黑胡椒調味已經好正,蔬菜方便都唔馬虎,食得出係新鮮貨,特別鍾意baby carrot ,冇腥味之餘仲好甜。同埋有咁多唔同顏色嘅蔬菜,除左有美感,營養方面都加分!另一主菜係當日嘅special,呢度嘅燒雞向來做得出色,夠晒香嫩。而今次呢度燒雞就更加巧手,將用黑松露煮嘅brown rice釀入隻春雞入面再燒,決定一試!皮好香脆,但一d都唔肥膩,雖然話係春雞,但份量都唔細,兩個人分都好夠。雞肉好滑,有埋香濃嘅黑松露飯就更加豐富,用上brown rice有咬口又健康,再點少少牛肝菌煮嘅汁,真係好夾呀!同樣地,呢度菜都有唔少新鮮蔬菜伴住(呢碟有菠菜tim),唔會一味食肉。唯一要注意嘅地方係燒雞係即叫即整,製作需時呀~香港西餐廳成行成市,但營養均衡又好味嘅就唔多。同埋灣仔喺週末與銅鑼灣比冇咁旺,可以食慢d,想約朋友食下飯傾下計的話,呢度係一個唔錯嘅選擇。…Read More

好姊妹同我慶生,話說我bookmark左呢個地方好耐,今次終於可以試下喇!呢度環境夠晒寧靜舒適,而且都幾有情調,啱晒d情侶黎慶祝生日/紀念日 (雖然我唔係XD)。相信黎得呢度,都會必試招牌蟹餅。一般蟹餅都混入左麵粉,呢度就用料十足,食落啖啖蟹肉,味道仲好鮮甜,加埋d洋蔥香噴噴,好想一個人食晒佢 lol我地仲試左個鵝肝兩食嘅頭盤,一個係凍食,應該係用酒浸過,食落甘香醇厚,配埋醃過嘅洋蔥,放喺脆脆嘅麵包上面,so yum! 而另一個就係煎鵝肝,配埋caramel pineapple,多左份果香,放喺甜甜地嘅麵包上面,係晚餐完美嘅序幕!主菜方面,我地點左Iberico Pork Chop,佢d食材真係唔錯,塊豬燒得啱啱好,食落充滿肉香,個汁加左荔枝去煮,配搭幾特別,唔會好甜,味道幾討好。旁邊嘅配菜都唔馬虎,特別係d蘆荀,好鮮嫩多汁。另外,我地仲點左Seafood Fettuccine,幾樣海鮮入面我最鍾意帶子,因為只係輕輕煎過,食落好軟熟又鮮甜;虎蝦大大隻,肉質爽彈,夠新鮮,都好正;個斑就淡口d,不過都幾滑,唔會好乾;寬條麵掛上用蝦煮成嘅汁,鮮味十足!最後,我地當然用左另一個胃去試甜品啦 XD 個自家製嘅Banoffee Pie 果然冇令人失望,香蕉味濃,d cream好香滑!我因為唔知個pie咁大件,仲叫多左個甜品...但味道都係咁令人難忘,原來用核桃整嘅雪糕係咁好味架~焦糖燉蛋用左好多雲喱拿籽去焗,夠晒香。呢餐真係大滿足,多謝好姊妹 ❤…Read More

近來越覺飲食業好難做,好幾間鍾意嘅餐廳都相計結業,所以遇到好嘅真係要多加支持。自從發現左呢個好地方,我同媽咪大約每個月都會幫襯一次。先黎個小魚干沙律,菜好新鮮,可惜個酸汁過鹹,建議調較下,同埋加d蕃茄或者豆腐,會更加吸引。跟住食時令嘅鮫鰈魚刺身,師傅仲推介左鮫鰈魚魚邊壽司。嘩,真係一試難忘呀,先講個刺身,爽得黎又好肥美,魚被輕輕燒過,食起黎更香。個魚邊更加不得了,有咬勁之餘,魚油甚豐!接住就食帆立貝刺身,特大嘅刺身原粒上,加d新鮮磨嘅wasabi,再點少少醬油,yummy yummy!超鮮甜呀!之後就黎熱食,先黎清酒蒸鮑魚,鮑魚食落好彈牙有鮮味,底下嘅肝臟食落好香冇腥味,我估係清酒發揮左佢嘅作用?最後就食馬頭鯛一夜干,之前食過一試難忘,今次encore就有少少失色,因為有d部份燒得燶左少少,好彩d肉仲係好嫩,同埋大部份嘅骨都脆卜卜!但味道鹹左d,輕手d就更好喇~多謝親切嘅老闆臨走又請我食野,個蕃茄好香甜,我下次會嗌黎食 =)…Read More

約朋友到尖沙咀聚舊,想食中菜,見呢度都幾多正評就試下,結論係:有人請先考慮再黎啦!先講環境,地方係闊落嘅,裝修夠新派,難怪吸引到相對年輕嘅食客;食具都講求玩味,係會令人想黎呃下like嘅。不過,喺得旺區有咁大間舖又搞下新意,就要預左佢嘅cost轉嫁到顧客身上...食物定價以份量黎講唔算抵食,份量偏細。鍾意湯水嘅我試左椰皇燉雞,呢樣係全晚最好味嘅,飲落清甜潤喉,d雞肉同瘦肉都唔算嚡,好快清晒。冷盤嘅醉雞夠酒香,可惜雞肉都幾硬同韌,而且份量偏少,例牌份量都要擺兩隻雞翼尖...(雖然我知係有捧場客嘅...)見到點心拼盤賣相幾靚就點黎試下,所謂柚子蝦餃,都只係個皮整色整水,食落都係普通蝦餃一隻,係食唔到柚子味嘅..蝦係大隻新鮮,但做法可以大膽d,其實柚子配蝦呢個配搭幾討好,日本菜都經常用柚子加入菜餚啦。墨汁黑松露蝦餃都幾香,算係唔錯。至於賽螃蟹餃,感覺上都係好似食左第二隻蝦餃咁,冇咩特別。甜點嘅黑糖鬆糕,係黃金糕黎嘅,唔算好甜,但食落嘅質感好膠、好奇怪..個香芋包嘅味道都好人造...整體黎講,要食點心嘅話,我唔會推介呢度。蔬菜方面點左金菇翠苗,金菇好香口,菜苗幾嫩,一脆一軟嘅配搭都幾得意,但我覺得兩種材料嘅比例可以再調較一下—— 菜嘅份量多d,炸金菇就少d,會冇咁油膩同熱氣。炸蠔餅係最令人失望嘅,炸粉偏硬,食落成口油,蠔嘅份量亦都唔多,呢味真係big no no。 以呢個食物嘅份量同質素要每人二百幾蚊,我覺得絕對有更好嘅選擇。…Read More

上月隨意遊走時發現呢間cafe,猶記得老闆(我估佢係)見我喺店外望緊餐牌,就好主動咁走出黎逐樣介紹,又用手機show埋食物嘅相俾我睇,我個人鍾意試新野,加上俾佢嘅誠意打動,就係咁入左去喇。上次試過mocha 同埋綠海灘上的軟殼蟹(即係炸軟殼蟹配菠菜汁扁意粉),兩樣都好令人滿意,於是就記低左呢個地方,等有機會就再黎過。遇上約左朋友聚舊,加上佢係咖啡迷,我諗呢度應該啱佢,而我呢,今次都試下新嘅飲品同主食,點左Iced CocoNUTS Latte 同埋西西里海鮮扁意粉。老闆介紹呢款咖啡係用椰奶代替,味道較清新,飲落我覺得一d都唔甜,啱晒我,如果咖啡味再濃d就更好。至於個意粉,用左茄醬、黑胡椒同蒜蓉煮嘅醬汁,好味好又唔漏,配埋魷魚同埋一隻煎大蝦,都幾大碟。隻蝦煎得好香,但魷魚似係急凍貨,冇乜味,有d美中不足。呢度嘅服務好好(感覺上越黎越少人做樓面,態度專業嘅亦買少見少),價錢喺呢區算係合理(灣仔嘅租金應該很可怕...),食物都用心製作,係值得支持嘅。…Read More

大約是兩年多前睇人地嘅食評發現左呢個樓上茶室,雖然話係茶室,但食物嘅選擇都唔少(香港租金咁貴,即使係樓上舖,如過只賣茶相信幾難維持),而最緊要嘅係,整體都好高質,加上環境清雅恬靜,絕對係約朋友小聚嘅好地方。已經有一段時間冇黎了,本來想試下帆立貝南瓜意大利飯,可惜當日唔供應,所以就要左白酒香蒜蜆意粉。好開心水準冇變,蜆係新鮮貨,排得好靚,意粉軟硬度剛好,夠爽身,有蒜片同少少辣椒煮好惹味,好快就KO晒。我嘅朋友要左蟹肉意大利飯,我試左一啖,飯係混入左蟹肉、蔬菜、忌廉同煮,都好好食呀!仲有叫左燒鰻魚飯,個汁係自家調較過,好似加左少少酒,鰻魚好香,我連飯試左一啖,都幾正呀~ (不過我只係細意品嚐,所以冇影到相)黎到呢度,我每次必食佢地嘅豆腐芝士餅,豆腐味超濃郁,又唔會好甜,加埋少少芝士嘅奶香,每一次都覺得好滿足!同埋用蛋白同糖整成嘅小蘑菇,令賣相好可愛呢!我地仲試左檸檬撻,有檸檬嘅清香之餘好醒胃;宇治抹茶卷蛋好大件,啖啖綠茶清香,中間嘅綠茶mousse 都好滑,伴埋紅豆一齊食,係唔錯嘅選擇。食左咁多野,當然要飲d茶啦,我個胃唔係咁好,就飲正氣d嘅普洱。呢度嘅普洱好清香呀,唔係出面嗰d深黑色冇味嘅,同朋友邊傾計邊細味,一樂也。…Read More

我呢個為食嘅人,為左食好野,會經常update自己個restaurant list,而身為香港人的確係幸福嘅,餐廳選擇同食物款式多,令我可以不斷試新野。不過,總有d特別好嘅,會令我想不斷返轉頭,自在漁場就係其中一間。上次黎嘅時後應該係試業階段,餐廳上嘅選擇唔多,今次黎就換左餐牌,多左菜式供應。叫得做漁場,當然有唔同嘅海鮮,刺身方面,今次就試下金目鯛。一客三片嘅金目鯛,用火輕輕燒過,放喺自己碟上面會見到魚油嘅烘位,證明同我一樣都係咁肥美嘅 XD 今次黎到見到燒海鮮多左選擇,貪心嘅我就黎個二人前。店家好好,雖然話係俾客人自己燒,但事先都會提示每樣野點燒,如果擔心自己論盡(好似我咁),佢地都好樂意幫手。二人盛好豐富,有蠔、帆立貝、蝦同埋蜆。因為海鮮一到,就將蠔放上爐喇,所以盛盒嘅相度見唔到。蠔夠飽滿又鮮甜,燒到半熟,再加埋蒜蓉牛油,好滋味呀!蝦好大隻,師傅幫我加d鹽燒到香噴噴;而帆立貝呢就喺差不多食得嘅時後加d醬油再燒下,師傅仲俾紫菜我地包住黎食,好有心呀!至於蜆呢,就唔使加調味喇,喜歡的話唧少少檸檬汁就得。其實d食材都好新鮮,有師傅幫我燒(得蜆係我自己黎 lol),點會唔好食喎!我個人就特別鍾意蠔同埋帆立貝喇。必須一提,呢度d師傅除左好有心機,仲好好客,見我呢個肥妹食得咁滋味,送左份小魚俾我,仲幫我燒埋,真係好幸福呀!d魚仔加鹽燒成魚乾之後好香,用黎送酒一流!至於燒魚,今次就試左喜之次,魚肉好香,魚頭嘅位置好脆,都係好適合送酒。不過以個人口味而言,我同媽咪都係鍾意上次食嘅馬頭鯛多d,係魚嘅品種問題,馬頭鯛油份多好多,肉亦較厚。最後,我地食個蟹海鮮拉麵作結。雖然呢度唔係拉麵專門店,但師傅一d都唔馬虎 ,蟹肉嘅份量都頗多,仲有隻蟹鉗、醬油帶子,日式魚蛋、海帶同粟米粒,個湯頭唔係死鹹嘅麵豉湯,清清地,食左咁多燒物,飲返啖湯好舒服呀!至於麵,雖然唔係自家製,但煮得夠爽口,都唔錯呀。除左食物質素高,店嘅裝修同佈置都好有特式,有以海洋、海產為題嘅油畫,仲有相關主題嘅海報,呢度真係名符其實嘅漁場!再一次多謝店家殷勤嘅招待,下次再見 =)…Read More

同朋友相聚,都想搵個好地方,既可以傾計,又可以食餐好嘅。呢度嘅選擇好多,今次兩個女仔黎,想試多d野,就放棄澱粉質,唔叫佢哋出名嘅烏冬喇。首先黎個帆立貝刺身,切得幾厚身,但唔算好鮮甜,有d失望。跟住黎嘅鰹魚沙律好大份,鋪滿左魚片,魚肉燒到半生熟,好鮮,拌住好多蔥、蒜、洋蔥、生菜同酸汁,醒胃又好味!細心嘅老闆俾個夾我地分黎食。夏天食感覺清爽,唔怕有口氣嘅話要試下 😄味噌燒蟹羔蟹肉滿滿一個,蟹羔好香,拌住絲絲鮮甜嘅蟹肉,用隻小匙羹分黎食,好快就食到乾乾淨淨。野菜炒魷魚,好似已經變左我每次黎必食嘅菜式,爽甜嘅炒椰菜同柔軟嘅魷魚真係好夾,對於我黎講,佢就好似廣東小炒嘅小炒王,夠晒惹味。我係個魚痴,見到燒魚一定會嗌,今次就試左燒赤魚,份量好大,店家已經切好,方便分黎食。魚肉好厚身,好實淨,擠d檸檬汁,點d蘿蔔蓉同酸汁,好香好好食呀!呢度嘅食物質素高,價格合理,希望keep住水準!P.S.呢度星期五好爆,記住訂位呀!…Read More

星期日去PMQ,想去嘅幾間餐廳都冇開,朋友話好耐冇食拉麵,就入咗呢度試下。叫咗大蝦湯麵,可以揀蝦湯或者豬骨湯,咁我當然揀前者啦。麵一黎到就飲啖湯先,有蝦嘅甜味,但比起一虎嘅海老虎湯麵淡好多,溫度亦唔夠熱。至於麵,要了硬嘅幼麵,煮得啱啱好,係我想要嘅,掛到湯汁!配料嘅大蝦有羔而且幾爽甜;厚切嘅豚肉好爽唔油膩,但唔知係咪師傅將佢用焗爐焗完就放喺麵上面,我覺得啲肉同碗湯麵有種分離感,唔夠match;糖心蛋中規中矩;蔥段有齊大細兩種,都幾少有,而且令個湯頭香d;貢菜鹹鹹爽爽同個湯都幾夾。我對湯頭嘅要求好高,所以呢碗麵味道只係合格,但價錢唔平,所以到此一遊就夠喇。…Read More
