Terrible experience. Extremely poor service. Poor food quality. Poor price performance. 今次係第一次去呢間餐廳食嘢，但係極度失望，我以後都唔會再嚟。首先，講服務。未去已經覺得好差。呢間餐廳打極都唔會有人聽，因為我特別有座位要求，想直接同餐廳講，咁樣會清楚啲。但永遠打去只係駁去 reservation center 留低 message。咁我就經reservation center 留低我嘅 request, 好清楚講咗我個 request 就係窗邊卡位。去到嘅時候 receptionist 竟然話唔係好知我嘅要求係乜，就求其安排咗一張枱俾我，近廁所，唔係卡位，唔係我要求嗰張。個 receptionist 態度求其，知道我唔滿意就求其作啲原因諗住敷衍了事。其實如果好少少嘅話，會唔會係打電話去問一問我？我早幾個月book，如果佢哋唔清楚我要求係乜，有咁多時間，可以打嚟clarify ，但完全沒有， 一直都冇人打嚟，去到就求其塞張枱俾我。再講用餐嘅時候嘅服務，成餐飯服務一啲都唔 attentive, 樣樣野都要提，樣樣野都要叫先識做，例如主菜等咗15分鐘都未上，冇人 follow up, 淨係一味識得催人走。食完主菜坐咗5分鐘都冇人收碟，唔識問使唔使要 dessert, 最後係我自己主動要求問佢攞 dessert menu 睇。連水杯冇晒水，都要提，重要每一次都要提先識加水。咩餐廳嚟㗎？Rosewood 嘅服務水準原來就係咁。再講- 環境- 呢度座位安排極度擠迫，一啲都唔似一間五星級酒店嘅餐廳。基本上係枱同枱之間冇咩空間，尤其近窗邊二人枱嗰一排，窄到呢，有啲茶餐廳座位仲闊過佢。另外，再講用餐時間。首先，從來冇人打電話嚟 confirm booking，同埋從來冇人話我知原來用餐有時限，仲要係極唔合理嘅時刻。食到一半嘅時候，即係大約一個鐘多少少嘅時候，連主菜都未上，就俾人話時間差唔多到，要趕人走。但我從來都冇聽過原來只可以食兩個鐘，原來Rosewood 為咗要賺到盡，要做兩輪，五星級酒店仲衰過街邊酒樓。但佢 email confirmation 明明係話四人以上嘅枱，兩個鐘時限先適用，同 manager 投訴，原來佢自己都未搞清楚，餐廳又冇同客人溝通，好差囉。最後，再講食物質素，得個貴字，唔係特別好味，性價比極低。後悔，以後都唔會再嚟。完。…查看更多

食物質素極差，侍應態度極差。 今晚叫咗啤酒，我哋發現佢根本冇雪過就拎俾我哋飲. 大佬有冇試過飲室溫嘅啤酒..............? 樽蓋都未打開, 問佢可唔可以換凍啲嘅啤酒, 佢就黑口黑面話冇。 之後仲嘴藐藐咁發客人脾氣。 D 食物好難食,尤其係個糯米飯, 煮到爛晒咁, 叫人點食呀? 仲有成間餐廳都充滿煙味, 我見到房入邊有客人吸煙但侍應冇阻止。 食完之後搞到成身臭晒.....建議有呼吸系統疾病嘅人千祈唔好去呢間餐廳......總結: 去呢間酒樓食飯包你後悔一世。…查看更多

I was there to celebrate my mum's birthday. However, I discovered that food quality has deteriorated. I suspect that the chef was changed since the food wasn't as good as before. Service leaves much room to be desired. For example, after serving steak, they did not offer mustard at all, not until we asked them. Even after we requested, they did not offer any choice of mustard. They simply put down French style mustard and assumed this is what we wanted. I have the following observations:- 1. For main course, they were not able to control media rare / medium well, turned out the steak was either too raw or overcooked. My mum ordered medium well and I ordered medium rare, but her steak turned out to be more raw than mine. Furthermore, the taste of the steak wasn't as good as before. 2. Throughout the whole night, they did not ask if we were satisfied with the food. They did not refill water frequently, my glass was always empty throughout the night. 3. We were carrying a lot of stuff, but they did not offer to help store our bags in cloak room, not until we were seated and asked by ourselves. 4. Before starters were served, when we had finished our bread, they did not ask if we wanted more, again we had to ask by ourselves. 5. Dessert was just so so. Not up to a 5-star hotel standard. 6. The presentation of Petit fours at the end was not as elegant as before. They simply served it on an ordinary plate like Costco or Tesco platter. 7. We also discovered that the inner coating of tea pot had seriously peeled off. Conclusion: Quite disappointing. Not sth that we expect from a so called 5-star hotel like The Peninsula.…查看更多

見上環開咗一間食東南亞麵嘅餐廳,所以打算去試吓 , 點知一去就中伏。我12點左右去到, 叫左碗 laksa，點知等咗半個鐘都未有..... 碗麵嚟到一食就知唔掂, 好失望.1. Laksa 湯嘅溫度係近乎室溫, 完全唔夠熱;2. 份量係平時出面其他餐廳嘅一半, 大家如果想減肥可以考慮吓食呢一間, 如果唔係叫兩碗麵先係正常份量, 有少少搵笨；3. 廚房極冇效率, 而且十分混亂, 明明我哋落 order 先, 但其他遲半個鐘到嘅, 等左10分鐘就有麵食, 我等左成40分鐘, 仲要不停急催, 先有得食, 仲要唔好意思都冇句. 客人就得幾個, lunch time 都咁慢, 趕時間嘅話分分鐘搞到你遲到......4. 味道一般, 我去過幾次馬來西亞, 同我喺馬來西亞食嘅味道差好遠, 唔 authentic, 有 d fusion feel;5. 賣相混亂, 好似炒雜錦咁。總結: 中伏…查看更多

I have ordered an egg benedict, a burger and a drink (Cookies and cream). The food quality leaves so much to be desired. I have the following observations:1) The hollandaise sauce on the egg benedict tastes extremely weird. Also the sauce does not match at all with the Parma harm on top. 2) The beef in the burger is extremely dry and rough.3) The cream on top of the dream is not smooth. It tastes like drinking syrup. I cannot see why it is called "cookies and cream".4) When I requested mayonnaise from them, they said they would not provide it to me unless I pay them extra $20. I think it is sth basic for a restaurant but obviously they were unable to provide customers with sth basic.Overall: Poor food quality and poor services. The price performance is extremely poor. We are paying a decent restaurant level of price but was provided with Cha Cheng Tan level of food and services. The attitude of the receptionist was extremely poor. We were forced to sit with a family with a crying baby when I explicitly told the receptionist that we didn't want to.
