A special menu has recently been launched for an early dinner during the sunset time. Nestled within a hotel setting, the cozy restaurant offers a nice view to the harbour. We began with two appetisers that set the tone beautifully
1) Burrata Cheese with Parma Ham and Tomato Salad, Basil was a classic combination elevated by fresh ingredients and generous portions. The creamy burrata paired perfectly with the sweet tomatoes and savory ham.(2) Thinly Sliced Roasted Veal with Tuna, Mayonnaise, Capers & Anchovy Sauce is a delightful surprise—rich and balanced. The portion size exceeded expectations, making it a satisfying start.For the main courses, we’ve taken both options.(1) For the pasta with Braised Wagyu, Barolo Wine, Seasonal Mushrooms & Black Truffles, we were initially indulgent with the deep flavors, but the richness and saltiness became overwhelming after a few bites. Sadly, we couldn’t finish it.(2) Baked Halibut Fillet with Lobster Sauce, Calamari & Caviar: While the halibut lacked the buttery tenderness we hoped for, its flavour was enhanced by the richness of the lobster sauce.The classic tiramisu was a delightful finale—beautifully presented and surprisingly flavorful.The ambience is warm and inviting which is perfect for a relaxed evening with the stunning sunset view from the window seats. As a hotel restaurant, this special menu offers solid value.One caveat is the time-limited dining slot felt a bit rushed, which slightly detracted from the leisurely vibe.…查看更多
