First of all, the waitress and store manager would let you wait for 15 minutes to take your order (while the store is not busy at all). Then when your food is ready and placed outside the kitchen, they would rather let you wait for another 10 min after they finish whatever they want to do. I have no idea why the business owner would keep such arrogant and useless waitress or manager. It is totally sub hk standard. Super low efficiency and bad attitude. The lady at cashier with long curved hair has such an arrogant attitude and so disrespectful. She was like you owe her billions of dollars and treated guests like sh*t. Super impatient and rolling her eyes all the time. When I finally could not bear with it anymore and requested to speak to the manager, she appeared indifferent at all. I strongly suggest the boss change her no matter who she is.It is so sad that I won’t go to this store anymore. I live nearby and eat there at least once a week. worst ever brunch place! the staff are super sloppy and would let you wait at the door for 15min while plenty of seats inside, they are just dreaming walking and not working at all! after you sit down, they ask you to go back to entrance to order! no water, no table cleaning, the food is just mediocre. I live at Kowloon station and try every new restaurant here every week. I used to like this place a lot, but recent experience is getting worse and worse. I would not bring any friend here going forward.1. food quality deteriorates everyday. smaller portion and less fresh. I understand the needs for cost control, but I am shocked how fast downward spiral it goes .2. super bad service. one of the female waitress has dark face everytime I saw her, and the service is v sloppy. if I need to add some water, i need to ask for 3 times at least. the store manager is also v rude, and don't give a sh*t to customers . i seriously doubt how long can they behave like this until all ppl get fed up with them.…查看更多
