This restaurant offers set dinner menu and the last order time is around 9:30pm. I ordered a Pan-fried seabass and cilantro hand-made noodles, served with rose black tea. I also had the spicy dumplings as the appetisers. The noodles is lovely. It is warm and a bit chewy. The sauce makes it full of a rich and creamy flavour. The seabass also worth the price. I can taste the natural sweetness in the fish as it is fresh. It is a newly open restaurant in the mall. It also sells buns and bread outside the sitting area. The last order time is 10:30pm so it is a convenient choice if you are hungry at night and looking for a hearty meal.They also offered the daily special set dinners and the menu would change every day.I had a tofu and fish rice at this place. It was done in typical local style. Tofu and fish were oil-fried and then braised with the brownish soysauce. Taste is fine and as expected. I wish one day maybe they could provide the options to choose the plain tofu without deep frying though. The tofu and fish are coated with the flour mixture and adds to the calories. I ordered the set of Grilled chicken thigh, with Japanese Aomori rice in fresh tomato soup. I also had the Qoo apple juice for drinks and a cumin sausage skewer as snacks. The portion is bigger than I expected. And it tasted quite good actually. The chicken is juicy and tender, with its skin roasted to golden brown and slightly crispy texture. The Japanese Aomori rice is also a perfect match with the tomato soup. They have added some parsley at the top as garnish so it looks good as well. The sweet and sour taste of tomato soup will ease the meaty flavour from the chicken. And the Japanese rice will make your stomach fulfilled. We ordered Beef tenderloin with Kobe yakiniku sauce spaghetti and a Seafood handmade tagliatelle with garlic tomato sauce. We also had a Fresh fruit waffle with Haagen-Dazs vanilla ice cream as dessert. I ordered stir-fried grouper with broccoli, served with white rice, and with soup. The portion is quite big, a healthier choice for eating out.The taste is quite good. Brocolli is fresh and green, in a crispy veggie texture. There are more than 10+ pieces of brocolli so its really nice as I dont cook at home and really need some green vegetables intake. The fish is juicy with a nice chewy texture. It is pan fried to a shining browny surface, it goes well with the chinese style sauce too.
