樓上嘅傻蟹,收咗呢間野幾多$呀?你哋連去遊行賺幾百都懶,嫌熱呢?咁又係。坐喺度copy n paste 就賺到咪幾好。咁都好,證明呢間嘢啲經營手法幾咁有問題。先俾折扣誘使客人上去,繼而拖延出菜時間,最後唔俾客人用承諾咗的優惠價埋單。依家客人客觀地把事實說出來,佢就恐嚇食客,隱瞞事實真相,企圖阻止言論自由,混淆視聽。似乎我哋應該張呢件事大大宣揚出去。
Went with my dear sifu the other day, his comment is that many up and coming new restaurants are doing much better than this classy one nowadays, which I agree. I remember last time I went was some 4 years ago. The dinner was absolutely fantastic and everyone was so satisfied after the 2 hours dinner. I think the sets offered during lunch time is a bit compromised in terms of food quality so it cannot really show the standard of food this restaurant can produce. I ordered a grilled seafood set, it was ok, rather common. My sifu ordered some sushi set and he didn’t find it that tasty be honest. 母親是印尼華僑,本身亦在新加坡居住和工作過,一年總會去星馬印一次,我可以好肯定這家食物的水準比當地就算普通一個hawker centre 的都差一截,更往論「正宗」二字。我哋二人叫了一個海鮮喇沙、一個肉骨茶,加兩個甜品。喇沙啲蝦和魚片唔錯,但個獅hum連殻上我第一次見,個湯底亦唔夠熱。正宗嘅會有蔘巴chilly,我哋問嗰位靚姐佢俾個南記chilly俾我哋。成碗麵無海鮮的鮮味,唔得。個肉骨茶仲差,湯好少,兩塊肉,無garlic, 湯又係暖唔熱嘅。佢哋唔應該做福建式的肉骨茶,因為比清湯潮州人食的難做。個藥材味唔夠係好難做得好食。不過,食物水準不足可以改善,但服務態度差就唔可以原諒。由於個碗太少,我問可否加啲湯。個阿姐停一停木無表情咁答我:要加$。好似我唔知掟咁都問。其實你成個menu都無話加湯要$,我問下有問題咩?最搞笑個阿姐即刻走出來想幫我加湯,咁我咪望住佢lor. 佢話:要加湯嘛?我咪話要$唔需要啦。呢位阿姐一定唔係做開服務行業。基本上,成個午餐都麻麻地。…查看更多
