第一次來這裡食Sunday brunch，看見門外有大約十個人在等，感覺它好像是很受歡迎的餐廳。反正只須要等１５分鐘，那就決定試試了。我叫了Eggs benedict with spinach，食物整體都很不錯。只不過，因為這裡也是出名提供brunch，我當然很自然地把它和Flying Pan比較，最後還是覺得Flying Pan的eggs benedict更大更好吃。唯一一個失望之處，是這裡的服務態度。三個服務員完全沒有笑容，客人提出要求（如添牛油）的時候他們會零交流，未等你說完就轉身離開拿給你。最後，到了用信用卡付款的時候，一個女服務員把原子筆用力地拍在我們面前，我又應該怎樣回應這樣的服務態度？:(這種開在Soho的餐廳有了這樣好的室內設計和氣氛，大家當然會期望有好的服務。好可惜，在香港良好服務真的如好特首一樣難求。…查看更多

The food is quite good but not exceptional. For tapas, we tried the deep fried camembert with cranberry jam which is original but they chose a camembert cheese that was not very tasty. Maybe they adjusted this dish to local taste. The green salad was small in quantity for the price (78HKD) and it has nothing exceptional.We ordered 2 pastas which were totally correct though.Unfortunately no dessert (other than fruit plater) was available due to the small size of their kitchen (!).The white wine (a Chilian) was really good (178 HKD only). Finally the service was exceptional. The best service we have ever had in Hong Kong for this budget. The waiter knows how to take care of every details. Always polite and present when we needed him. Besides being professional in serving wine, he really did NOT make any noise in preparing the table (unlike many HK waiters who throw the forks to you...). I have to say that in Hong Kong it is extremely rare to find a waiter who interacts with clients and who really cares about clients' comfort. A very good point!…查看更多

聽見有餐館強調長者就業和有機食物我是很高興的，今晚終於跟父母和一位友人一起來到。我們一行四人拿到號碼就在門外餐館提供的櫈子坐下，一等便是半個小時，我和我媽跟友人一直沒有離開過坐位。半個小時後我去問問待應還要等多久，這時候，那位大概７０歲的待應叔叔說：「已經叫了你的號碼！你不在，我就取消了！」我便說：「真的嗎？但我們一直在門口呀！真的沒有聽見過。」待應叔叔突然變得極不耐煩，就說：「我叫左幾次你地冇人應，我就打左個交叉!」我便說：「我地真係完全聽唔到」他還未等我說完便極不耐煩地說：「唉我唔知！」我：「吓？」他：「我唔知！！」我：「咁而家你會點安排你都講聲丫，唔好一味話唔知啦．．．」說到這個地步我已再沒心情在這裡用餐，一行四人便非常失望地走了。我知道這個支持長者就業的銀杏館很出名，但出名和年老並不代表待應就可以態度囂張，完全沒有意慾令客人好過一點。我對這次「到訪」的印像很差，我不會花時間再試。你們好好努力罷！…查看更多

I am a local HK person and obviously I have a HK face too. But I don't know if it really has something to do with tonite's service quality. Of course I hope not! However, I still feel that I need to show you the following review: I went there for a beer with a local female friend of mine. We set down and ordered 2 bottles of beer. After sitting for 30 minutes only, a male waiter came to see us and asked if we wanted some more drinks. We politely refused because obviously we still had not finished our own bottles. Then, the core part comes:The waiter said, "In this case I am sorry but we need to make some space". I looked around and see there were plenty of seats available. Some customers even arrived way before us and the waiter only came to "invite" my friend and I to go away! But at the same moment my friend received a call and we had to join some other people. Therefore we left the bar without arguing with him.However, the most important point is : My friend and I were the only Chinese-face customers in the bar and we chatted between us in Cantonese (at low volume), while other customers were all white. We were 6 with some local and French for a nice dinner after work with colleagues. We were choosing some tapas to share before the main course but we were not very hungry. The I-guess-is-the-manager, a blond Westerner came and we asked him for suggestion. First of all we asked how many tapas should we order for 6 people before the main course. He replied firmly "Six". We found it quite a lot so we ordered only 2. But the blond gentlement insisted while we were ordering by making lots and lots of suggestions, but not in a warm and friendly manner. It made us very uncomfortable and felt being forced to spend money in an aggressive way. Then we ordered the main course without him forcing us too much.However, at the end, he insisted that we order some wine too. But no one between us had the mood for wine so we inclined the "invitation". Then he started to say, without a smile, things like "But are you French? French people don't drink?" The French friends among us found this remark quite aggressive and very unfriendly. So, in return, we insisted that we would not order any wine.I think this blond gentlement is not making good suggestions in a friendly manner according to the needs of the clients. There are so many other restaurants with friendly service in the same street. My friends and I said that we would not return to this restaurant any more.Well the food is ok but a bit expensive for what they actually is. But my main comment is on their service.…查看更多
