已經先後預約了兩次，但兩次都臨時被告知，廚師臨時有事而需要取消預約。雖然員工表示了歉意，但同類事件再次發生不禁令人感到餐廳的組織及溝通有問題。如此的不確定性讓人好好再三考慮是否會再次選擇在此餐廳用膳。I made a reservation well in advance, only to have it canceled last minute due to the chef being unavailable. Disappointed but understanding, I rescheduled for another date. Shockingly, the same thing happened again—another cancellation because the chef was unavailable. Twice in a row is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of organization and communication.The staff was apologetic, but that doesn’t make up for the inconvenience, especially when plans were made around these bookings. If the chef’s availability is so unreliable, the restaurant shouldn’t be taking reservations they can’t honor. 近日光顧一間燒烤餐廳，期望享受一頓美味的燒肉大餐，結果卻令人失望。首先，唔抵食是最大問題。餐廳定價不低，但食物質素與服務未有匹配，性價比一般。環境方面，爐上竟然冇抽氣扇，燒烤時的濃烈油煙無法排出，連衣物和頭髮都沾滿燒烤味，令人極不舒適，嚴重影響用餐體驗。食物質素更是一大敗筆。個爐燒得唔均勻，只有中間部分係燒到，旁邊火力極低。一係中間肉片太燶，一係放在旁邊的肉需要過久的時間燒熟，令啲肉燒得過韌。服務方面，服務態度一般。服務員態度冷淡，缺乏熱情與主動性，未能為餐廳加分。整體而言，這間餐廳在價格、環境、食物與服務上均表現平平，實在難以推薦。…查看更多
