Except the lady at the lift lobby, the rest of the staff are polite and helpful. They take our order correctly, listen to our request and follow accordingly. general speaking, it was a nice dining experience with delicious food and atmosphere. We have ordered ricotta strawberry jam (it is like a dessert but made us monthwatering), truffle pizza, al-dente pasta, calamari and chocolate soufflé. They are the dishes which are quite common dishes to be ordered. Next time I would love to try the rest. The drinks are a bit below my expectation when negroni are with a small piece of garnish and water sangria is just a typical watermelon juice plus a little Cointreau. The restaurant is comfortable and bright in lighting. The food is delicious especially the spicy green bell pepper and prawn dumpling. The food temperature is not appropriate. I guess it is because the speed of food delivery. 3 pieces of food order were passed to supervisor at 13:21 and 13:37. however, the order was placed to kitchen at 13:36, 19:46 and 13:49. The food arrived at 13:50. The food waiting time was too long simply because of slow order process. When we ask the supervisor to check the bill, lack of communication between the order puncher and the supervisor leads to guests' confusion. The supervisors and all servers were helpful and approach the table quickly but they barely have the ability to handle problems. Honestly speaking, they simply make the problem even worse. Not far away from MTR station, "Sodam Chicken", is a family-owned place, in where you can feel the warm and friendly services and ... a guilty pleasure.A guilty pleasure? Definitely YES, I can't say no to perfectly fried Chicken. They are simply hot, crunchy and shatteringly crispy. The chicken legs are juicy, tender and full of flavor. I probably had eaten 10 pieces for my late-lunch meal! I used to be so afraid of fried chicken as I had had ones very spicy in Melbourne. I could not get rid of water and cola at that time. Unless you go to a Japanese restaurant located at hotel, you will not find others with Japanese cook except this restaurant. Japanese boss greeted you warmly in the beginning.We were luckily seated at "table by the window". But it was not a big matter.I like it. The quiet and comfortable environment allowed me to present my anniversary gift to my beloved one.I love it.We had a great brunch with excellent food presentation and food quality --- fresh, smooth and soft eel, al dente of inaniwa Udon, the crispiness of pork chop.........We could share.....You could taste the difference between local style restaurant and this one.You could also experience the gentility of people working there.It's definitely worth coming back. 這次並不是跟家人, 才到有質素的中餐龐吃飯。這亦不是上了年紀, 才到有質素的中餐龐吃飯。我這一次只跟了平均年齡約25歲的女士們用餐。我們到香宮, 沒有點米芝蓮二星的餐單而是點叫了一些也值得推介的食物 (它們的名字很美, 但我忘記很多菜式的整個名字)1. 醉蝦 2. 南爪蛋白湯(有少量海鮮)3. 銀雪魚4. 海鮮稻庭烏冬5. 蒜蓉芥蘭6. 甜品1. 醉蝦我們沒有事先點單, 於是他們立即幫我們把蝦浸在酒褢。當我們吃罷appetizer後, 他們就在我們面前一隻接一隻從鍋蓋的小洞把蝦弄熟,(一隻接一隻, 這個畫面不錯, 但若用餐人數多, 有機會第一隻已熟透, 但最後一隻還未熟)酒的味道, 這一次只集中在頭部, 雖然如此, 但由於蝦的新鮮, 每一口的蝦肉也是"彈口"的。2. 南爪蛋白湯(有少量海鮮)吃用這一菜式, 不能心急。其一, 這分開三個步驟, 如圖其二, 剛剛把南瓜湯倒入, 此湯非常燙口我先把湯攪拌, 再一口一口吃雖然分量少, 但我認為"少食多滋味"3. 銀雪魚油分剛剛好,先炸/ 煎, 再放上燒汁, 成為一味外脆內軟的銀雪魚4. 海鮮稻庭烏冬不知道如何表達稻庭烏冬的入味1程度但肯定地說, 這味的湯真的可以飲用。5. 蒜蓉芥蘭不是非常特別, 只是想有一味菜6. 甜品賣相與味道不錯由於吃完以上的東西, 覺得以甜品才結便會更好, 所以便點甜品總括來說, 與年輕朋友一起, 也可到中餐廳吃飯如其每天以$100 吃晚飯, 不如儲一點錢, 用於有質素的餐廳。其實有這樣的菜式, 有時候真的有點便宜。 :]…查看更多
