If one looks around, many shops in Macau call themselves "XX咖啡",and that's because they've been translated from English-Portuguese 'Cafe' back into Chinese. In reality, they bare some resemblance to 冰室 & 茶餐厅, which there isn't much of the latter in Macau.**********波萝油 -This was reheated but somehow was still limp rather than having that sugary-crust. I find that Brewed Coffees in Macau, generally, are weaker than Hong Kong, but more sophisticated somewhat. The one here mixed with Vegetable Based Evaporated Milk and sugar, was quite aromatic and enjoyable in a commercial way. Most coffees in Macau taste so similar too, probably because of supplier issues?
