又来我的大观园,在港澳码头踌躇去那间酒店享茶,就上咗新濠天地穿梭巴,去誉龙轩,上次去咗,下车行对面乘䌫车往永利宫,到达过咗点半,接待处说刚刚入咗,3点收市,即无得等,还记得有间贵夹靓,只做晚市,唯有来这里,况且未试过!(翌日打电话订分2轮,11:30am或1:30pm,都全满)山东酱肉包套餐M89:山东酱肉包,包软弹白净,粉质滑,酱肉嫩,微甜。紫米粥~细细碗,紫米开花,稠,不咸不甜,都中和唔到以下2味。炝炒莲花白~花椒炒椰菜,油腻,初初菜甜,微辣,花椒麻,正,但再食唔得,脷麻痺,不得,找杯水洗洗菜,都唔得,顶唔住,放弃!酱菜~咸红萝卜粒,咸到食唔到。猪肉茄子打卤M78,可选不同面类,拣拉面,幼身滑,淋,炆肥猪肉粒,皮及廋肉好软淋入味,卤汁虽香甜,但少一点激,够景少咗乜,甘草,花椒或桂皮?麦茶,好香!

Saw pictures online and was excited to go try. Boy did we feel a bit deceived. The mix noodles of the lunch set was too mushy and the veggie dish was room temperature. I like the dan dan noodles but it was very blend and had to make a comment about it. The waitress simply told me to add some salt. Really?!?! She finally took it back and asked the chef to remake it. Came back and you could taste the salt. This is not Wynn style.....

十月上旬·阴天原先预计月尾才来这里,但因为一顿清酒宴,这个周末就在永利皇宫住下来。工作至夜深,肚饿,落酒店找吃的。在别处我或会出外寻吃,但在永利我有心水,就是吃面。餐牌上的四川面都是即制的,选那一款也出色。面及汤底都是9款,要了蕃茄牛腩汤底剪刀面。面质爽也带韧性,牛腩软稔松化,汤底也清鲜,是好吃的面。再来个芝麻辣猪肉脆饼,辣猪肉馅肥肉下得少,不够香但辣辣的也惹味。饼本身胜在是十级脆,舖满芝麻也当然美味。三更半夜可以吃得水准如此高的食物,夫复何求?
