It overlooks the open area for the flying bee show. The ambience is excellent and all tables are separated widely, so spacious and comfortable. Service is excellent too… Surprisingly, the price performance is unbelievably reasonable. They serve western food, mostly grill but also have stewed dishes and chilled seafood too. Their bread is yummy! We ordered the Hay-smoked whole chicken. It‘s only 280… for a hotel restaurant, it is cheap! The taste is so nice. Outside skin is crispy and the meat is very tender. They said it’s made from Yellow Chicken. The other thing needs to mention is the free-flow drink offer. It‘s a very good deal if you order this. Supposedly champaign is not included but we asked for it too. It’s only 180 per person for free flow alcoholic drinks! Wow… You can have white, red, champaign, cocktails, beer….. Also for birthday celebration, they also have cake and champaign for free.It‘s really a nice restaurant! It is also a good spot to watch the flying bee show fyi… They do not have restroom inside the restaurant but have to walk out to the one in the hotel but just at the entrance. There are both lift and elevator to different floors, so wheelchair is ok too. MGM Cotai is easy to access by their shuttle bus or taxi. I’m not sure if there is parking available if you drive. Oh one thing is, if you join the MGM free membership, there is discount on your meal too.

一个人有点纳闷。原本想到mezza 9 等waiting list. 但mezza 9 职员也觉得奇怪,一个人会食buffet ma?后来收到电话未能安排到,就走到grill 58地下的侍应话今晚冇客,不用订枱也可。叫了dry aged american grain fed striploin. 心情驱使下叫medium well as i dont want to see blood leaking from the steak...i paired up with red from sicily island of medium tannin and red cranberry flavour.sauce i chose pozu sauce which is quite appetising..Sky here is changing all the times together with music making dinner and steak more juicy.一个人也可fine dining ,right?

MGM之旅最后一站,是牛魔必到的盛焰。原来,58度是慢煮肉类最佳温度;如此讲究,不难猜想由2星主厨 Mauro Colagreco 主理,采用专人精挑细选的上乘牛肉,配以木烤或铁板烧,连餐具也十分讲究! 很喜欢这间露天餐厅,有自然光照射,带来一份悠闲舒适的感觉;细心一看,店内还有香草花园呢!主餐区更可饱览视博广场的迷人景致,这天两兄妹都为到其中一段 Mario 音乐感到无比兴奋~ 这里有收藏了四千瓶佳酿的酒窖,也有14座位的铁板烧吧台,以及两间日式铁板烧厢房,为喜欢与亲朋知己共聚畅欢的宾客提供多一项选择。看到店内诱人的熟成牛肉,口水又开始接捺不住,是时间开餐啦! 首先上场的自家制面包已经很出色,外肥内软,配的橄榄油质素又极高,害我停不了口的一直吃一直吃! 还好头盘的 炭烧红虾及黑蒜泥酱 Charcoal grilled Spanish red prawn and black garlic dressing (MOP $168) 也上台了;巨大的红虾是一望而知的高质素,净食已经无比鲜美,配合黑蒜泥酱又别有一番滋味,一只下来还真意犹未尽! 还好 红鲷鱼配西兰花苗、蒜头及辣椒 Red snapper with broccolini, garlic and chili (MOP $328) 也很快上台;这份烧鱼完全看出了师傅铁板烧的功架,皮脆肉鲜嫩、调味刚好也算了,连配菜也一样烧得出色,令人一点不剩全部吃光~ 开始主菜前,还要特别挑选来自美国、法国、澳洲或是日本的餐刀,来配衬这天的主菜 美国谷饲牛肉 WBI 战斧扒 Grain Fed Tomahawk (MOP $1,288);巨大的战斧扒属只有2%的 Prime 特级,肉质丰腴、油花平均,烧得香喷喷的上台,场面太诱人了! 由图可见牛肉有多嫣红嫩滑吸引、肉味浓郁,特别是近骨位置味道最赞,引得同场美女食友忍不住抓了骨就咬! 除了牛肉主角吸引,同上的8款配菜 (MOP $75/份) 也各有魅力,个人特别推介香脆可口的自家制炸薯条、酸香入味的干制香料醋渍茄子,以及香到不行鲜黑松露薯蓉,加上8款酱汁,牛魔们这个中午心满意足~ 剩下少得可怜的甜胃,就由 干邑焦糖法式甜包、马拉加雪糕 Cognac glazed caramelized brioche, Malaga ice cream (MOP $88) 来填补吧!那甜包甚有 bread, espresso & 的影子,不同是富有酒香更加美味,加上雪糕太迷人了吧? 非常满足的一顿盛宴,绝对是牛魔来澳门必到朝圣之地!

1) 行政混乱: 早在一星期前已想试吃,唯新春假期未有提供set lunch, 只好按他们提供的时段顺延至这天才进行。坐下了马上询问set lunch有什么选择,侍应竟回答今天没有供应; 登时怒火中烧,立即要求经理解释,回应是公司突然改变了决定,他们也无所适从。由于订位时他们说这天会供应set lunch我们才选择这天来,所以我们坚决要求他们妥当处理; 结果他们也愿意给我们提供。2) 前线服务待改善: 我们选了牛肉汤伴牛骨髓做starter, 三款美国牛肉做main course, 另外甜品有菠萝四川辣椒雪糕。 好奇怪,待了10分钟,来的竟然是两碟牛肉,又马上找经理查问究竟,原来是传菜的错误了,但眼看只有4枱客人也犯了这错误……唉!!3) 品质控制参疵: 三款牛肉包括牛肋骨肉、牛扃肉及牛柳,材料是高质的,可惜牛柳over cook须要更换。幸好其他食物的质素真的做得不错,特别是黑松露配搭的side dish,在塲经理的危机处理也不俗,加上餐厅位处天幕下的高台上,能饱覧整个天幕大堂及LED墙播出的不同画面,配合现场乐曲,也是享受了一顿优质的午餐。以米芝莲2星餐厅的标准这顿午餐是不合格,而在这里只可评为一般; 期待他们各方面的改善,希望下次能享受真正米芝莲2星服务及质数。
