星期六,我们一个来自葡萄牙的朋友带我们去澳门吃葡萄牙菜,据说他认为这间是在澳门吃过最正宗的。我们未到下午六点就已经到餐厅了,六点後就已经高朋满座。他为我们点了很多不同种类的菜式,有牛有虾,有海鲜,重点是我们要吃马介休。其实我们不是太清楚菜式叫什麽名字,因为菜式是我那个葡萄牙朋友和餐厅老板建议的,而且在他们交谈之中,我们没有一句葡萄牙文是听得懂的。一上菜,面包好大个,他们说这个是葡萄牙传统的面包,可以沾上橄榄油和白醋一起吃。牛肉炆煮得很淋,面包还可以配上其他菜式的菜汁来吃会更好吃。基本上虾和海鲜都是辣的,而且这种味道会令到你停不了,因为实在太多向香蒜,好香口和惹味,而且葡萄牙最出名是橄榄油,他们用了很多橄榄油,令到菜式很有油香味,用那些香蒜汁用来配面包吃,更好吃。重点是我跟我朋友说我要吃马介休,马介休的而且确很咸,不过这里的马介休和其他的地方不一样,鱼质比较滑,和平时吃的有点不同。吃完一大堆重口味的菜式,一定要吃这间店的甜品。我记得有一个是杂果杯,还点了一个布丁。布丁真是很好吃,蛋香味很浓郁,而且不是太甜。如果想吃葡国菜的朋友可以到此一试。 继续阅读

晩餐时间,入餐厅见到一位女伙记,爱理不理地问找什麽,我告知已订位,她指一指餐厅入面的大厅。请留意,这餐厅留位有最低消费,每位澳门币230元,不留位就冇最低消费。坐低後,因为有小朋友很肚饿,想先叫一点食物给小朋友吃。 料不到落单的伙计一听到咁就立刻黑面说:系咁你地一阵一齐叫啦!头也不回行咗去。我们唯有赶快睇菜牌,跟着有个葡国人过来写菜。我地话小孩要吃白饭,佢话冇,我地见菜牌有炒饭,问可唔可以特别通融供应白饭,佢又黑面话唔得。样样都唔得,最後我们唯有走人。奉劝各位万万不要光顾这餐厅,以免你们一肚气出来! 继续阅读

澳门最後一站,法兰度。因为法兰度情调够浪漫,亦都等自己回味一吓,回忆一下,所以,近年去澳门,法兰度都会成为最後帮衬嘅餐厅。最回味嘅,当然系佢地天下无敌嘅烧乳猪啦!香港嘅烧乳猪,皮脆,但猪肉总系唔松软,份量亦少,法兰度嘅烧乳猪,乳猪肉松软入味,入口即溶,皮又脆,一个字,掂!之前帮衬,烧乳猪都系冻嘅,今次帮衬,烧乳猪系热架,更加好味!而且今次份量亦都比之前嘅多,超满足!另外点咗一份炒蚬同烧排骨,蚬肉新鲜嫩滑入味,烧排骨点错咗,原本蒜蓉烧黎咗盐烧,结果味道较咸。澳门,对自己黎讲,系一个又爱又恨嘅地方,美食美景同优闲嘅气氛好吸引,从未试过一年去两次澳门,今年果然驿马旺!再见澳门!(^_^)/// 继续阅读

因为朋友揸车,梗系选平时坐车唔易到的地方,呢度系园林环境,好多葡国人帮衬,可能系happy Friday , 所以都几多人。3个人用餐,唔点得太多,餐前先送上超大🍞,真系超大,所以唔使点炒饭,要知道,呢度系正宗葡式,所以冇牛油,系点油及醋食的,够地道,主菜点咗烧乳猪🐷,但皮系有的的硬,肉质有胡椒辣味,可能咁先系正宗,🐷手超大,唔肥腻,可以的,沙甸鱼挺大条,唔太腥,但味浓咗的,可能又系正宗葡式做法。总结系不过不失,试冇妨,唔试亦冇乜损失。 继续阅读

It was Valentine’s Day so I took my husband to this Portuguese restaurant. The restaurant was spacious and traditional. We ordered a Portuguese beer and some soft drinks as the restaurant does not provide any water. The homemade bread was massive and tasted very good. It was hard on the outside and soft in the inside. Shrimps with clam sauce arrived first, it was delicious! The sauce was amazingly good! Me and my husband eat the sauce by dipping the bread into it. It was garlicky but tasted fantastic! The shrimps were big and soft. The roasted pig was yummy as well. The skin was crunchy and the inside was meaty. I really enjoyed eating the fat as well. The fries were not so hot, they were actually a bit soggy. The fried codfish didn’t look attractive but tasted quite good. It was full of onions and onions, there was just a lot of onions. I could taste some codfish within, they were quite hard in terms of texture and salty as well. I was surprise the restaurant wasn’t busy during Valentine’s Day. 继续阅读
