米芝莲一星餐厅,其实嚟之前都考虑再去同样在新葡京的三星的天巢,不过上网check完menu,发觉都系无我想食嘅鹅肝,所以就试下未食过的大厨,主要食牛扒星期六日都有行政午餐,价钱有3种,$430,$530同$630头盘可以拣任食salad bar,款式都唔算少,主要都系蔬菜水果,例如罗马生菜,芝麻菜,红黄车厘茄仔,红菜头等,肉有Parma ham, salami,捞好的有蟹肉沙律,芝士拼盘,推介烧菠萝,真系超劲甜,食咗5旧😋😋,蟹肉水果沙律,都有d大旧蟹肉,呢度酱汁配料介真系超多,有几十款,系我去过buffet 最多的一间,当中吸引到我的有炸三文鱼皮,夏威夷果仁,杏仁,南瓜籽,乾蕃茄另一个set拣咗日本刺身,有三文鱼,油甘鱼同鲷鱼,全部厚切,好新鲜以下2款都系$630set的主菜1)澳洲M7和牛西冷,拣咗法式芥末和香草,2碟牛叫咗medium rare,呢碟好似熟咗少少,见到肉中间有少许脂肪,出奇地好有肉味2)USDA Prime牛柳配鹅肝酱,拣咗红酒汁- 呢块牛柳煎得啱啱好,肉质好淋,肉味就唔算好浓,鹅肝酱有点羶配菜1)菇好炒到乾身之余仲要劲香,真系好好味2)芝士焗西兰花,无咩特别3)焗薯 - 原只上碟後,会问你要唔要酸忌廉,烟肉同葱,当然要多酸忌廉先好食啦!如果无叫salad bar任食,又唔太细食,就应该叫焗薯4)薯蓉-真系好滑,有牛油味,但唔系劲香果只甜品1)香蕉慕斯- 个样好讨好,圆拱形,伴碟有d蕉糖香蕉,蕉糖化提升咗香蕉本身的香同甜味,个慕丝就唔算好有蕉味2)咖哩啫喱- 超浓咖哩味,啱晒锺意饮咖啡嘅朋友,食食下带点苦嘅咖啡啫喱,再食粒杯边的蕉糖脆粒,系正嘅 继续阅读

放工同Honey去左澳门,check-in已经几夜但又想食好啲。於是去左新葡京入面嘅The Kitchen,见到过menu已经锁定左要试HKD900一位的Tasting Menu, 再加几百元就己经可以配埋Wine Pairing。每一个course都有惊喜,每个portion 小小,但食晒咁多course之後又好满足,最啱我呢啲想试唔同嘢的贪心人。牛扒系佢哋signature,一次去要试下一份full portion 嘅牛扒。 继续阅读

We dine at The Kitchen – One Star Michelin Restaurant at night and chose the tasting menu with wine pairing. The set is totally value for money and everything is absolutely delicious! Nevertheless, the service from restaurant manager- Mr. Simon Hau is really great. The quality of service, food and wine is all above One Star Michelin. This hotel has other two restaurants with Three Star Michelin and hope that we can try it next time. Last but not least, there is many impressive architecture and elegant interior design in the lobby. We enjoyed our time and stay at the hotel. Yes, I am sure we will definitely visit Grand Lisboa again very soon. 继续阅读

除了香港米芝莲三星餐厅,也一口气补记澳门两间米芝莲餐厅,首先是 The Kitchen 大厨,准备好享受一顿高水准的米芝莲一星大餐吗? 主动门打开,再访这装潢布置一丝不苟的星级扒房,令我期待的除了它的美味牛扒,还有极其新鲜、缤纷、丰富的自助沙律吧! 讲真,自助餐我吃了超多,半自助餐也吃了一点不少,但还是会为这里的自助沙律吧感到惊艳意外,因为除了款式太足,内容也太精致了!!! 首先是芝士拼盘、甘笋、西芹条、田园面包、朱古力薄荷面包(面包不用取,都是新鲜焗起送到台上)、意长色面包条 Grissini、虾片、燕麦饼乾、克力架饼乾、乾黄梅、松子仁、提子乾等。 接着又有巴马火腿、自家制鲜蕃茄乾、意大利米兰腊肠 Salami、扁豆、扒菠萝、华都夫沙律、西柚、哈密瓜沙律、夏威夷木瓜、粟米粒、法杂菜心、火龙果、意大利红车厘茄、牛油果、澳洲黄车厘茄、荷兰牛茄、西兰花... 更多选择还包括:西班牙火腿Serrano、烧阿竹枝心、扒牛菇、洋葱、苏格兰烟三文鱼、红择菜、水牛芝士、牛肉生菜、恰蛋、灯笼椒、红菜头、将叶菜、芝麻菜、西生菜、罗马生菜、红帽菜、意大利香草酱、蟹子汁.... 酱汁及配料的选择也是前所未见的丰富夸张,包括:大水瓜柳、洋葱仔、水瓜柳、青橄榄、巴马臣芝士粉、烟肉碎、蒜味脆包粒、意大利银鱼柳、凯撒沙律酱、千岛汁、蜜糖芥茉汁、法式酱汁、希腊他拉马塔橄榄、黑橄榄、乾番茄、澳洲银鱼柳、酸青瓜仔、蓝芝士汁、豉油酱汁、意大利油醋汁、半乾番茄、乾番茄、辣椒片、意大利橄榄酱、黑橄榄酱、酸青瓜、洋葱汁、合桃汁、日本柚子油醋汁、腰果、香脆三文鱼皮、杏仁、南瓜子仁、夏威夷果仁...!!! 最後还有超巨大的杏仁蛋糕 display,如帮衬午市行政套餐,非常推介选点这款蛋糕嚐嚐,滋味香甜松软、十分好吃,不过这天我们吃的是另一款 Golden Summer Treasure 餐单~ 原来,新葡京於今夏推出了 Golden Summer Treasure「星级京喜住宿餐飨推广」,让大家以$3,988(港/澳币)的超特惠价,享有一晚新葡京豪华住宿,连同双人米芝莲晚餐,地点包括 三星 Robuchon au Dome、三星 8 餐厅(连 Wine-pairing)或是这里(连 Wine-pairing)。 这计划天中午品嚐的餐单,连餐酒单人也要$1,500!但实在每一环节都很完美,以一开首的自选沙律吧为例,火龙果、西柚、扒菠萝都十分新鲜,木瓜更是清甜得非常过份!其他牛油果、沙律、芝士、牛菇也极其高质美味,我一点都不剩地吃光了~ 与此同时,新鲜焗起田园面包及朱古力薄荷面包也上台了;外脆内软的田园面包,配上香滑牛油固然令人回味无穷,热辣辣的朱古力薄荷面包更是令人吃到停不了口!记得上回超过份地吃了半条面包之多,今次用了最大念力,控制自己只吃两件好了,因为接下来菜式很多! 除了面包,沙律其实也是可以无限 encore 的;不过又是要留肚关系,连凯撒沙律今次都要忍住不吃了... 第二道菜是 龙虾汤 Lobster Bisque,此汤无论是份量、用料还是味道,都非常有诚意,份量慷慨,香绵稠密,中间还有嫩甜龙虾肉,喝下去非常满足! 接着来到 烧鲜鲍鱼伴鲜菌及杂菜配原味鸡汁 Grilled Fresh Abalone with Vegetable Salsa, Sauteed Mushroom and Chicken Jus,鲍鱼烤的火候一流,又嫩又甜,底下的鲜菌也同样香口美味~ 另外,虽然这天没饮没拍,但套餐中与之相配是 Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru, Clos St Jean, Michel Niellon, Burgundy, France, 2009,给酒鬼们参考了~ 来到主菜有两款选择,首先是 扒香茅珍宝5头大虾 Jumbo King Prawn Flavour with Lemon Grass,我试了友大一小口,大虾肉质非常嫩甜爽口,鲜香得来带淡淡香茅香气,非常怡人! 始终这里着名吃扒,我当然选了 澳洲7级和牛西冷 Grade 7 Australian Waygu Sirloin;打文之时身处澳洲,所以可以很肯定地宣告:澳洲和牛超好吃! 西冷切开,是看得出的丰腴柔嫩,最妙是同时不带一丝血水,超出色!食客可由4款酱汁选出一种,但个人认为净食已是无上的美味了~与之相配是 Chateau Leoville-Poyferre, 2nd Growth St-Julien, France, 2006,再给酒迷参考了。 除了主菜出色,配菜的炒蘑菇及芝士焗西兰花也非常的好吃,再饱也一点不剩全部吃光~自问超级大吃的,还可以再去沙律吧,取更多的西兰花/芝士回来吃! 最後甜品是 咖啡啫哩配焦糖慕丝及云呢拿雪糕 Coffee Jelly with Caramel Mousse and Vanilla Ice Cream,甜品卖相很美,咖啡啫哩与焦糖慕丝的组合很滑溜又具层次感,加上香甜沁心的雪糕,以及清脆甜美的蜜糖脆脆,超满足了! 最後再叹一杯 Earl Grey 清清胃口,也是时间回房小休一会,然後准备去 LISBOA Spa by Clarins 叹 Spa 了! We made our reservation on the date of our dinner.Chocolate bread and garden bread. The chocolate bread was the best item of the evening and we were quick to finish it all.I wish the French Oyster were smaller as those tend to be more juicy. Nevertheless, I felt the French Oysters were fresh.We were not expecting a sashimi option at a steak house, but this restaurant does have a sushi menu. The sashimi was fresh.For soups, we picked the cream of mushroom soup and lobster bisque. The lobster bisque soup was quite salty but very flavorful. They could have been more generous with the number of lobster meat pieces as there was only one small piece in the soup. The cream of mushroom soup had just the right flavor.We had differing opinions on the cod. One of us thought it was average while the other really liked it and thought it was the best dish of the night after the chocolate bread.For the main dishes we chose A3 wagyu beef with mushroom sauce and beef tenderloin with hollandaise sauce. If we could do it over again, we both should have gone with the wagyu beef. There was also a tiger shrimp option which seemed intriguing.For dessert we chose the sorbet and seasonal fruit. Honestly, there was nothing special about the desserts we selected, except that the fruit was quite fresh. Overall, the service and and ambiance were top notch. The facilities were very clean and modern. However, the tasting menu was a let down and we would chose a la carte next time.
