As someone who is not quite familiar with TST, the place is not very easily spotted, it took us quite some time to find it. When we got there, since it was a weekday at about 6/7pm, we thought it would be crowded and we would have to wait, but there were still alot of spaces available, so that was a pleasant surprise. The services was alright. The waitresses were very willing to help.In terms of the food selection, it was okay but the food quality was only soso, frankly i was quite disappointed

In terms of the food selection, it was okay but the food quality was only soso, frankly i was quite disappointed with the food as the price was not worth it. I ordered the shrimp and salmon salad, the portion was small and the quality was poor. Another thing i dislike about this place is how early they close the frozen yoghurt bar. We went there planning to have frozen yoghurt as dessert after our meal but by the time we finished our food, it's already closed.
Despite all that, the setting of the restaurant makes up for it, imo Deli and Wine is best suitable for students/teenagers to hangout. The price is not that high, the place is cozy, spacious and not noisy, and there were many vacant seats you won't feel pressured to leave asap right after you finished eating.
This place feels more like a hangout spot/cafe than a restaurant to me. If that's what you are looking for, you'd like this place. On the contrary, if you are looking for food with decent quality, look somewhere else.
