My friend said he got insulted by the waitress when entering the shop, I thought it was just a misunderstanding, but then a table of 10 nearby also got into a fight with the waitress, about not informing them the minimum consumption rule, I wonder if she is the manger or not, as she really pissed the customer off bad.🤔
Overall it’s a really bad experience, I’m so disappointed burgeroom has become this bad, from food to service, it’s just sad to see once a great restaurant become so low.
