Today, I went out for lunch with co-workers. We choose this place, because of their reputation, and we do not have to wait for a long time. After the meal, i really regret that we choose this place. The quality of those dim sum is not outstanding. The soup-filled dumpling with carb is too expensive. The quality of those dim sum is not outstanding. The soup-filled dumpling with carb is too expensive. I remember the best soup-filled dumpling I ever tried is not that expensive when I compare with this restaurant. The soup-filled dumpling was not remarkable, it was dried, and they did not put enough soup into the dumpling, and I can not say this is a soup-filled dumpling. It doesn't worth to try such dumpling with HK$32 each.
Their rice noodle with shimp is nice. The soup was not that oily, and it is tasty. This is the only dish that can impress me.
The standard of customer service can be better if they try not to meet quota. The waitress just pushed us to order their special dish, but she did not tell us the price clearly. Every 15-20 minutes, they tried to sell us their special dish or festival food. Their customer service made me feel sick , and i was eager to leave this nasty place. This place is nice and neat, but they did not allow us to enjoy our lunch quietly. The reception of this restaurant need to be more humble, especially now a day. I feel they are too snoblish.
I can say this is an elegant restaurant, but they can do better if they try not to disturb their customer when they enjoy their meal.
