我中午到嚟食中午，落單叫咗午餐後20分鐘都未到，眼見附近後到嘅人啲餐都到曬。問返個waitress有無落單，佢話落咗。之後再返嚟由頭問我食乜，我再問佢係咪未落單，佢答係。成間餐廳要收加一服務費但無服務，唔做嘢係員工問題，做得唔好係經理問題。如果無法提供服務，店主應該考慮免收加一。結果我起身走人，去第二間叫外賣返公司食。給大家建議，午飯得一個鐘嘅，唔好喺呢度浪費。附近仲有好多選擇！I ordered the food and waited for 20 mins, I asked the waitress who took my order again while I saw people who came late and got their food. I ordered the food and waited for 20 mins, I asked the waitress who took my order again while I saw people who came late and got their food. Then I asked the waitress check my order, the waitress told me she placed the order. But after a few mins, she came back and asked me to order again. I asked her and she confirmed she didn’t place the order actually. Therefore, I complained and left. I am angry because the restaurant charges us 10% service charge while they actually didn’t provide proper services.
And most of us who work have 1 hour lunch time, HIGHLY RECOMMEND picking another one nearby unless you don’t mind wasting your lunch time with no food.
