Very poor service

The so called 'waiters' in this restaurant are rude and impolite. We are 4 people to go there having a dinner. Having waited for 15 minutes, we saw some people finished their meal and came out. However, the waiters kept chatting but not working for more than 5 minutes not until we urged them to lead our way. A waiter wearing a poker face then led us to a 8-seat table (3 customers over there already) although one 4-seat table was available on the other side. We asked if proceeded to that 4-seat t

However, the waiters kept chatting but not working for more than 5 minutes not until we urged them to lead our way. A waiter wearing a poker face then led us to a 8-seat table (3 customers over there already) although one 4-seat table was available on the other side. We asked if proceeded to that 4-seat table but the waiter just shouted that 'you should accord to our arrangement'. What kind of service manner it is ?! The quality of food is fair, but the waiters seems lazy and no service sense at all.
