All staff have no smile at all with very very bad mood. All staff look very tired and depressed with no energy. The food are just ok. When we asked if they have entered our AsiaMile number, they said that we will receive email a week later. When we asked how could we know if they have entered the correct Asia mile number, the staff just repeated the same answer asking us to wait for a week. Just like a robot. It does not worth the price.
