This is by far the worst sushiya I have been in Hong Kong!Poor service, experience and food quality!The server + chef finger pointed at each other when they ignored my request and served food I already said I don’t eat!I hate to say but charging $498 for 12 pieces but the fish is not of good quality and it tasted similar to senryo! The chef’s technique needs big improvement as the rice is too soft, the fish and rice don’t blend with each other when you take a bite.They kept mentioning their sign

The server + chef finger pointed at each other when they ignored my request and served food I already said I don’t eat!
I hate to say but charging $498 for 12 pieces but the fish is not of good quality and it tasted similar to senryo! The chef’s technique needs big improvement as the rice is too soft, the fish and rice don’t blend with each other when you take a bite.
They kept mentioning their signature is crab meat sushi but it tasted like it’s from tinned crabmeat (cheap ones too)!
And I have never been served a plate of 12 pieces at the same time when I am seated at the sushi bar!
Servers were not able to tell me the fish that would be served.
And the biggest joke is that they charge $48 for tea!
All in all, a complete disaster and wasted my time!
