As I am a former staffs in this restaurant, I am to here to have some comment on the food. I worked here since March. There are three dishes I like most in Zig Zag, the first must be the beef tenderloin, although the beef was not the most high class beef, but the techinque of the chefs there is excellent to make the beef extremely delicious, with the mastard come from French and the fresh french fries made each day. It is a very good experience that having a beef tenderloin with your lover near the seaside. Secondy, i like the pizza there. Since i am a pizza lovers and i have tried here and compared with Pizza Hut and the Califonia Pizza Kitchen, this will be ,more better than them. Pizza dough homemaded everyday by a high techinquician Mr, Yeung, the manager of the Zig Zag. He is very kind and teaches us very well, a good elderly ^^ I like to have the Hawaii and the Magarita the most because i like the tomatoes sauce of the pizza, with the rich favor of tomatoes and thymes, which taste with the crispy dough, it really good~~
Lastly, i also like the quiche very much. The boss always says that he has got the most tasteable pizza and french fries in HK, but i do think that the quiche is the most favourable. The bottom of the quiche is made of butter and egg, whit the mozarella cheese and asiago one the top mixed with cream and egg. The favour was really rich that u want to have another one since u have got one = = :
