凤城 is my favourite yum cha place in Hong Kong! The dimsums here are all so high quality yet at a highly affordable place!-The curry squid is wonderful! The curry isn’t spicy, and the squids are very crispy and smooth! -The soup dumplings are REALLY REALLY delicious!!!! I can’t describe how good it is! The skin / wrap is paper thin, so you have to be really careful when you slide the soup dumpling from the bamboo basket to your own bowl! Then, have a tiny bite of the skin, and brace yourself for

The soup dumplings are REALLY REALLY delicious!!!! I can’t describe how good it is! The skin / wrap is paper thin, so you have to be really careful when you slide the soup dumpling from the bamboo basket to your own bowl! Then, have a tiny bite of the skin, and brace yourself for the pork broth that bursts out from the dumpling! There’s also some translucent jelly bits inside the broth that add so much texture to the broth!
