Food is nice for a non franchise ramen shop, but the preparation time for a bowl of ramen is at least 15 minutes. Considering there are only 7 seats in this shop, unless this is your favorite ramen in the whole of Hong Kong, it is unlikely you will feel the wait time is deserved.The overall experience could be significantly better if preparation times are cut.
