Service needs to be improved

It was about 6pm on Saturday evening, we went there for dinner, my friend ordered a soft crab with squid spaghetti(which should be in black color) and I ordered a rice in a stoneware. When the spaghetti came, it was completely different from the one on the menu's photo, the aquid spaghetti turned into a normal spagheti with tomato sauce, so we asked the waiter what it was and asked for the menu again, we told the waiter what we expected should be exactly the same as the menu's photo, if not, why

It was about 6pm on Saturday evening, we went there for dinner, my friend ordered a soft crab with squid spaghetti(which should be in black color) and I ordered a rice in a stoneware. When the spaghetti came, it was completely different from the one on the menu's photo, the aquid spaghetti turned into a normal spagheti with tomato sauce, so we asked the waiter what it was and asked for the menu again, we told the waiter what we expected should be exactly the same as the menu's photo, if not, why didn't tell us in first place. The waiter said he needed to check with kitchen and came back and said squid spaghetti was no longer available, we were so furious that the food was no longer available, but the waiter didn't even mention it to the customer prior order. Therefore, we asked if we could change the tomato sauce to cream sauce instead, the waiter said it needed checking again again. Okay, we got an answer that it could be changed to cream sauce in ten minutes. Well, I could tell why there was not even half full on Saturday evening, the service was incredible. Furthermore, the portion of the rice in stoneware was not even sufficient for a child, less than a bowl of rice if we ate in Chinese restaurant.

Frankly speaking, paying HK$125 per person, there is so many choice in Causeway Bay, I shall not consider to go all the way down Leighton Road.
