Botan shrimp& Uni sushi were literally melting inside my month. And the shocker Anglerfish liver Ice Cream with Fried Sardines is the best savoury ice cream I’ve ever had. Chefs are taking Japanese fusion& omakase to the next level🫡 definitely want to be back for more of this. I’m planning on one for my valentines dinner.

Keisetsu is definitely a new art concept of omakase restaurant and I can guarantee it is rare in the market. I really like the why that the chefs present dishes with sculptures. Maybe it’s because I’m majoring in visual art. It simulates my eyeball and taste buds at the same time. Why not exploring new ways and new food to have your delightful meals with friends. It’s a very special to me and nice experience!
