Wagyu Beef Tartare Bun
With wagyu beef, nduja, stracciatella, homemade pickles, this dish was so appetizing and well matched with the moscato.

🧀 Burrata and Parma Ham
Burrata Cheese D.O.P, 18 month aged parma ham, certainly a very generous portion of burrata and parma which are my absolute favorites.
Focaccia Primavera (v)
Crispy bread base, buffalo mozzarella DOP, cherry tomatoes, basil, a pizza-like starter with rich layers and a crispy crust.
Saffron risotto, black truffle, truffle bechamel, such adorable little balls of risotto that's just about the right portion. You can definitely taste the flavour of truffle in that little ball of delight and the texture was tender without being overcooked which I appreciated.
King prawn tagliolini🦐
The prawn was extraordinary with sashimi-like smooth and tender texture which was astonishingly remarkable the moment it melted in our mouths. Texture of the pasta was al dente which was my favourite, can't complain at all.
Such tender texture with the richest flavour that you can ask for. So filling and satisfying indeed¬
Soft inner texture with crispy outer layer. We were so full up till this point yet it still managed to impress our taste buds!
Il Grand Tiramisu
Mascarpone, marsala sweet wine, espresso, savoiardi
We were so lucky to be served this special lava version of tiramisu instead of the regular ones in a cup! The tiramisu was certainly outstanding with its smooth mousse and crunchy crumbles which ended our dinner gloriously.
