This restaurant is located in Cheung Sha Wan. We spent 15 minutes to walk there from Sham Shui Po station. There were lots of desserts too around the area.Two of my favorite sashimi are engawa and mincedToro! So this set is 100% perfect for me. Engawa is also known as flatfish fin. It is the edge of from a flounder' tail fin. The meat is very thin and it is soft and oily, with a slightly butter flavour. I really love the taste of fish oil! Toro! So this set is 100% perfect for me. Engawa is also known as flatfish fin. It is the edge of from a flounder' tail fin. The meat is very thin and it is soft and oily, with a slightly butter flavour. I really love the taste of fish oil! This time i chose to have seared Engawa, which is served with abur style. The set also contains minced Toro. I prefer Minced toro than tuna nigiri because the rich tuna flavour of minced one is enhanced with shoyu and green union!
My favourite raw fish is definitely Salmon!! This bowl is a must order dish as my friend and I are obsessed with Salmon the salmon we ordered has a rich, buttery flavor that is slightly sweet and salty. The texture was also really smooth!
