As IFC does not provide much choices for restaurants, unless you are prepared to go to those really expensive ones, I think Crystal Jade is one which is reasonably priced with reasonably good quality of food.I would go with my bf and friends to dine there occasionally. Their signature dishes: chicken in wine sauce, xiao long bao, jelly fish, sesame buns with minced pork and various types of la mian is fine with me. But there's one thing which is not fine with me, it's their spicy and sour soup, which is supposed to be a specialty soup of Shanghainese food. However, it doesn't taste spicy and sour at all!
So unless you're prepared to have a non spicy and sour "spicy and sour soup", I suggest not ordering it at all.
But overall, it had provided me with a choice of non-western food and reasonably priced restaurant in IFC, so I think it's OK.
