I read some other comments and realized someone said its "worst service ever"!!!
I happened to be around the area so I thought I'd give it a try.....
There's an Asian guy at the bar counter, he has awfully terrible service, I initially asked nicely how this self serve works, he didn't explain clearly how it works, no one was cleaning the plates on the table and I wasn't told that you can only use one plate, he came up to my table and gave me unprofessional attitude by telling me "next time....remember to use one plate"...x10 times like I was a criminal!!! Also claimed he's the "owner" so I can't complain to anyone else about this.....
never had this kind of treatment in Central....
I am not sure if it's language barrier or what, his rude attitude towards customer is unacceptable, is it just because it's cheap????
he should go work at a local tea restaurant!!! or if he truly is the owner, I'd say "good luck" maybe you can soon open another one at Sheung Shui!!!
