The baby pork shank is juicy and up to standard. Salmon Fillet is well-cooked and super reasonably priced. However, the ribeye steak is a huge disappointment - lack of caramelisation from outside, not sufficiently rested and not grilled as advertised (but pan-fried).

How amazed to know that Shatin branch also serves lunch set during weekend! The baby pork shank is juicy and up to standard. Salmon Fillet is well-cooked and super reasonably priced. However, the ribeye steak is a huge disappointment - lack of caramelisation from outside, not sufficiently rested and not grilled as advertised (but pan-fried). Ironically it's the most expensive dish among three. Perhaps, for restaurants specialising in pork, just immerse yourself in the different variety of pork dishes and forget about the rest!
