I haven't been to The One for quite a while, and noticed that there is this new restaurant, they serve typical Japanese set, such as teriyaki chicken, deep fried pork chop, egg with rice, eel set, udon, desserts like souffle pancake, green tea cake roll and drinks etc. I have ordered the lunch set - Teriyaki Chicken Set which is only available from Mon to Fri only. The chicken's skin is slightly crispy and stir-fried in a flavourful and savoury teriyaki sauce. The chicken were tender and juicy, to get along with the chickens, a sweet and sour veggies and cherry tomatoes salad that creates a good balance of the whole dish.
I added $10 for a mini green tea cake, the portion is perfect for completing the meal. The cake was not overly spongy and subtly sweet with a mild green tea flavour. I think this would be good for those who are looking for a healthy lifestyle.
